What a letdown! I bought a pack download and never got it. I tried calling and emailing but got no response. It's annoying to see others dealing with the same problem. I'm definitely not buying from this site again.

I've had my merino wool T-shirts for a good few years now, and let me tell you, they still look and feel amazing. The quality and fit are just top-notch, just like they were when I first got them. These are without a doubt the best T-shirts I've ever had. I really appreciate how versatile they are, great for everyday wear or for when I'm on the go. My experience with this company was just awful because I had to wait forever for my order. It took more than 3 weeks just for them to start shipping it out, which is totally not okay nowadays. The customer service did respond to me when I contacted them, and they did give me a refund quickly when I told them how frustrated I was. But it blows my mind that they could process a refund so fast but couldn't get my order shipped after 3 weeks. It feels like they're lying to customers about how long it'll take to ship, which isn't right and just not cool.

I just bought a log trolley from this supplier. It came within a day and was well-packaged with all the parts needed to put it together. But when I started putting it together, I ran into a big problem. The trolley ended up being too wide at twelve inches when fully assembled, which doesn't work well with the ten-inch logs I usually use in my wood burner. To fix it, I had to weld on some 6mm stainless steel mesh to make it fit better with the logs. It worked out in the end, but it would've been nice if the trolley was made to fit standard logs in the first place. Just a simple adjustment to the axle length could've fixed the issue. Despite that hiccup, the trolley does the job well now after the changes I made.

These makeup remover cloths work really well at getting rid of all types of makeup. The cute designs and pretty colors on them make the whole thing look really nice. I've noticed that they work even better if I use them with a liquid or cream makeup remover, especially for taking off eye makeup.
