Pack download
What a letdown! I bought a pack download and never got it. I tried calling and emailing but got no response. It's annoying to see others dealing with the same problem. I'm definitely not buying from this site again.
Paid for loops, received an expired download link
I just bought some loops the other day, and I was so let down when I got a download link that didn't even work anymore. They took my money right away, but when I tried to get help from customer service, they didn't even respond. It's really annoying to see a company that used to be good now acting like nothing but crooks.
Music production pack
I bought a music production pack the other day that needed a specific version of a software program. But when I tried to use it with the version I had, it didn't work like I thought it would. So, I contacted customer service to get help. I told them what was going on and gave them all the info they needed. Sadly, they said no to giving me a refund or even a credit note for another pack. The whole customer service experience was pretty bad and now I'm not too happy with the brand.
High-quality sounds and recordings with key and bpm info
I just got this awesome pack of top-notch sounds and recordings from Producer Loops. The pack I got has all the key and bpm info on it, which makes it super easy to mix into my projects. But hey, just a heads up for anyone looking into getting something like the "JAZZADELIC HIP HOP BEATS" pack. The wav version actually comes with all the midi files that are in the midi only version, plus a bunch more. So, you're getting way more bang for your buck with the wav version. Trust me on this, definitely worth it!
Vocal Packs
I bought some vocal packs from here not long ago, and truth be told, I wasn't exactly thrilled with the quality. There was some background noise in a few of the recordings and one even had a metronome playing in the background. It was a bit of a letdown because I've been a loyal customer for many years and have always thought the products were top-notch. I got duped by those ads saying they had Ableton packs, but all I got was a blank project file. And when I asked for my money back within a day of buying it, they said no. The serum presets were alright, but the shady business practices and lying has made me look for better places to get my sounds from now on.

I was so disappointed with the sound packs I bought from this site. The sounds were unprofessional and low quality, plus there were mistakes on the information. It really felt like a scam and a waste of money.

I've always had great service from this company. The payment options, like PayPal, make buying stuff easy peasy. The prices are unbeatable and their packages are top-notch. Blues harp sample pack
The demo mockup looked good but the loops didn't quite meet my expectations. The pack only had REX & WAV files, no nki files for easy sampler integration. The audio quality was okay, but it took a lot of effort to search for and combine the right sounds for a mix. I ended up finding another harmonica instrument that was simpler to use and sounded better.
Purchased lots of packs
I bought a bunch of packs from this awesome place and they're all so great. The stuff I get is amazing, the prices are reasonable, and they ship it out really quick. I love checking out new things from here to get inspired for my music. Thanks a lot, Producer Loops!
Download disaster
Oh man, this website is the worst! I tried to download something and it was a total mess. I even paid for it but never received the links. I feel like I got ripped off. I saw other people saying the same thing in their reviews, so I know it's not just me. Really, why are there still websites like this in 2021?
10 music kits
I just bought 10 music kits from this store and was so pumped to start making some awesome beats. But, when I got them, some of the kits were missing sounds and didn't work right. I was totally bummed because I couldn't create the dope tracks I wanted. And the customer service was terrible - they didn't even respond to my messages about the problem. So now I'm stuck with these semi-functional kits and wasted my cash. Ugh. Learn from my error, friends. Avoid this spot!
Got order approved without sending ID
Today I ordered some stuff from this cool website and I'm really happy about it. I had a bit of trouble with the payment through Paypal at first, but they were quick to fix it for me. They sent me an email asking for my ID, but I didn't feel comfortable sending it. So, I asked if there was another option and they were really understanding and accommodating. They confirmed that my email is all good now and assured me that I won't have to go through extra steps next time. And on top of that, as a gesture of appreciation for my patience, they threw in a free product valued at £24.95. They mentioned that I could have provided a gas or electric bill instead of my ID, but they recognized that my order was low risk so they let it slide. Big thanks to the Producer Loops team for the awesome customer service!
Download issue, poor customer service
I had some trouble downloading my files from this website. When I contacted customer service for help, they replied quickly but weren't very helpful. I think there are better options out there than this website. I recommend avoiding it altogether.
Small program purchase
I purchased a little program thinking it would just have vocals, but I was kinda let down when I saw there were only 4 or 5 short vocal lines. The production quality was really good and the other loops came in handy. But I think I would have liked it better if there were more complete and longer vocal lines. Still, all in all, I think it's a pretty useful program.
Minimal pack purchase
As a newcomer music producer using Ableton, I recently bought a minimal pack from Producer Loops. But once I got it, I realized it was in an Elastik file format, which didn't work directly with Ableton. I was kind of bummed out at first because I couldn't figure out how to use the pack in my workflow. Thankfully, I reached out to their customer support for help. They got back to me quickly with clear instructions on how to make the pack work in Ableton. By following their advice, I was able to smoothly use the pack, and I really appreciate their fast and effective help. Synthwave samples purchase
I just bought some Synthwave samples and I gotta say, I am so happy with my purchase. The website was easy to navigate and the sample previews were awesome, helping me decide what to buy. When I downloaded the samples, they were nicely sorted in folders with all the info I needed, so it was a breeze to use them in my projects.
