Floods in Dubai and stuck in Dubai
Oh man, my family got stranded in Dubai because of those dumb floods, so we ended up missing our trip to Mauritius. We had booked a hotel online, and it was just a complete nightmare. The hotel actually tried to charge us even though we couldn't make it due to the floods. Dealing with their customer service was a total nightmare too.

Protective phone case
This phone case is amazing, eh! It's so stylish, I couldn't believe it. I had such a hard time picking one because they all looked awesome. And the best thing is, it's not bulky like other cases. I dropped my phone down a flight of stairs by mistake and it didn't get a scratch on it. I'm definitely going to buy more of these!

Claiming compensation for a delayed flight
I just used the service to get compensation for a delayed flight. It took a while, but the customer service folks were really helpful and kept me in the loop the whole time. They ended up helping me get my money back, so that's great. Only thing is, I thought the fee was kind of high at 30%.

Orthotic insoles purchase
Oh man, let me tell ya, these orthotic insoles are a total game-changer! I've been dealing with foot pain for so long and nothing seemed to do the trick, but ever since I started using these babies, my discomfort has gone way down. The arch support is seriously comfy and the fact that you can just replace the top cover is a real money-saver in the long run. I definitely think anyone struggling with foot problems should give these insoles a try.

Yearly subscription trap
Tried out the app for a bit, didn't really like it, and then got hit with a charge for a whole year out of nowhere. Couldn't even get my money back even though I didn't want to keep the subscription. Definitely not worth the cash.

Blues harp sample pack
The demo mockup looked good but the loops didn't quite meet my expectations. The pack only had REX & WAV files, no nki files for easy sampler integration. The audio quality was okay, but it took a lot of effort to search for and combine the right sounds for a mix. I ended up finding another harmonica instrument that was simpler to use and sounded better.

Dress cancelled, lipbalms shipped
I had a bit of a rough time with this company recently. I ordered a dress and some lipbalms, but then out of nowhere, they cancelled the dress without telling me. On top of that, they shipped the lipbalms right away without mentioning the dress problem. When I tried to cancel the lipbalm order because I didn't want it anymore (especially after using a discount coupon), I was told it was too late since it had already been shipped. But it didn't stop there - they also changed the final amount, took away my coupon discount, and added shipping charges, even though the lipbalms were basically free with the coupon. The lack of communication and understanding from the company was really frustrating and disappointing. It just didn't seem fair to punish the customer for an issue that wasn't their fault, like running out of stock suddenly, especially when the website still showed the item as available. The customer support I dealt with was unhelpful and didn't offer any solutions to fix the problem. All in all, I was left feeling unsatisfied and unappreciated as a customer.

I recently bought some wallpaper online and I was really impressed with the whole experience. The website was easy to use and had filters that made it easy to find exactly what I wanted. I liked that they had pictures of the wallpaper in different rooms, it really helped me visualize how it would look. They also offered free swatches which was a nice bonus, so I could feel the material before buying. They had lots of different brands to choose from so I could find something that fit my budget. I will definitely be using this online store again for my wallpaper needs.
