Oh man, my family got stranded in Dubai because of those dumb floods, so we ended up missing our trip to Mauritius. We had booked a hotel online, and it was just a complete nightmare. The hotel actually tried to charge us even though we couldn't make it due to the floods. Dealing with their customer service was a total nightmare too.

I dropped my phone down a flight of stairs by mistake and it didn't get a scratch on it. I'm definitely going to buy more of these!

I just used the service to get compensation for a delayed flight. It took a while, but the customer service folks were really helpful and kept me in the loop the whole time. They ended up helping me get my money back, so that's great. Only thing is, I thought the fee was kind of high at 30%.

Oh man, let me tell ya, these orthotic insoles are a total game-changer! I've been dealing with foot pain for so long and nothing seemed to do the trick, but ever since I started using these babies, my discomfort has gone way down. The arch support is seriously comfy and the fact that you can just replace the top cover is a real money-saver in the long run. I definitely think anyone struggling with foot problems should give these insoles a try.

Tried out the app for a bit, didn't really like it, and then got hit with a charge for a whole year out of nowhere. Couldn't even get my money back even though I didn't want to keep the subscription. Definitely not worth the cash.

The demo mockup looked good but the loops didn't quite meet my expectations. The pack only had REX & WAV files, no nki files for easy sampler integration. The audio quality was okay, but it took a lot of effort to search for and combine the right sounds for a mix. I ended up finding another harmonica instrument that was simpler to use and sounded better.

I had a bit of a rough time with this company recently. I ordered a dress and some lipbalms, but then out of nowhere, they cancelled the dress without telling me. On top of that, they shipped the lipbalms right away without mentioning the dress problem. When I tried to cancel the lipbalm order because I didn't want it anymore (especially after using a discount coupon), I was told it was too late since it had already been shipped. But it didn't stop there - they also changed the final amount, took away my coupon discount, and added shipping charges, even though the lipbalms were basically free with the coupon. The lack of communication and understanding from the company was really frustrating and disappointing. It just didn't seem fair to punish the customer for an issue that wasn't their fault, like running out of stock suddenly, especially when the website still showed the item as available. The customer support I dealt with was unhelpful and didn't offer any solutions to fix the problem. All in all, I was left feeling unsatisfied and unappreciated as a customer.
