False advertising
I got duped by those ads saying they had Ableton packs, but all I got was a blank project file. And when I asked for my money back within a day of buying it, they said no. The serum presets were alright, but the shady business practices and lying has made me look for better places to get my sounds from now on.

Quick, reliable, affordable.
I've been coming to this place for a while now and I gotta say, they never let me down. Yeah, I always gotta wait for my prescription to be ordered, but at least they tell me when I can expect it. The prices went up a bit lately, but let's face it, it's still a good deal and way better than those expensive optics stores.
