I bought a sample pack from the website not too long ago and I was pretty disappointed with the quality. I know they use third-party brands as vendors, but they gotta do a better job keeping an eye on the stuff they're putting out there. The sample packs used to be way better quality in the past, but lately it seems like they've been going downhill. It's crucial for the website to keep up those high standards for the products they're selling to us customers.
