I bought some vocal packs from here not long ago, and truth be told, I wasn't exactly thrilled with the quality. There was some background noise in a few of the recordings and one even had a metronome playing in the background. It was a bit of a letdown because I've been a loyal customer for many years and have always thought the products were top-notch. I know that technical hiccups can happen, but it's crucial to keep up with quality control to uphold a good reputation.
