Easy to navigate
This website was really user-friendly and easy to navigate. I liked how everything was all organized so I could find what I needed super fast. The only bummer was there wasn't a chat box to ask questions. I also wanted to shout out my friend who told me about this site, but I couldn't figure out where to do that.
Simplifies my skincare routine
I'm really loving these products! My daughter used to order them for me, but now I'm doing it myself. I thought I'd join the loyalty program and I was so pumped to get 20% off my first order. But, when I tried to use that discount with the Memorial Day deal, I couldn't stack them. It was a bit annoying, but the products are totally worth it in the end.

I love that these products are Ewg verified, you know, to make sure they're top-notch and safe. And they last a good long while too, totally worth the price. Plus, I gotta say, I'm a big fan of the fancy branding and glass packaging they come in. So classy, eh?

As someone who really cares about using natural and effective skincare products, I've always been a fan of your stuff. I will say though, I was a bit let down when I didn't get the 20% discount on the new overnight cream, like the website said I would for signing up to the newsletter. But, despite this little hiccup, I'm still really impressed with the overall range and quality of your products.
Moisturizer caused irritation
I bought this moisturizer, but it made my skin all irritated, so I asked for a refund. The folks at customer service were super quick to help me out and offered me a different product right away. I really appreciated how friendly and understanding they were in fixing the problem so fast.
Also, the other stuff in the bundle has done wonders for my skin! Even my skin expert noticed a big difference in how my skin looks and feels. The rose moisturizer didn't work out, but I'm excited to give the omega one a try and hopefully get the hydration I'm looking for without any bad reactions.
