High-end skincare products to improve sensitive skin
The skincare products are amazing, eh? They work wonders on my sensitive skin, no doubt aboot it. Ever since I started using them, my skin has never looked better. I've added a bunch of products to my skincare routine like the amino face wash, toner, copper peptide serum, omega repair cream, rose oil, and even a new sunscreen. I love that these products are Ewg verified, you know, to make sure they're top-notch and safe. And they last a good long while too, totally worth the price. Plus, I gotta say, I'm a big fan of the fancy branding and glass packaging they come in. So classy, eh?
Anti-aging skincare
I gotta say, I'm really grateful for the super detailed usage instructions on the website for all the stuff I bought. It was awesome to know the when and how behind applying them. I was a bit uncertain about the Rose Oil at first, but those instructions really cleared things up. I love how versatile the products are, that's a big win for me. And those samples of stuff I haven't tried yet were a cool little bonus that made my skincare routine more exciting. Still, I kinda wish they had a facial scrub or exfoliator to go along with the other products.

As someone who really cares about using natural and effective skincare products, I've always been a fan of your stuff. After trying out some other brands, I realized that nothing really beats the quality and sustainability of your products. I truly believe these are the best options for keeping my skin and body healthy, and I'm super happy to be using them again. I will say though, I was a bit let down when I didn't get the 20% discount on the new overnight cream, like the website said I would for signing up to the newsletter. But, despite this little hiccup, I'm still really impressed with the overall range and quality of your products.
Easy to navigate website, sensitive skin products
I am totally obsessed with these products! I've been dealing with sensitive skin, breakouts, and sun damage discoloration for ages, but after using these products for only a month, my skin has improved so much. Even my husband noticed and said how bright and firm my skin looks now. It's amazing to finally find products that really work.
Reformulated sunscreen
I just bought the new sunscreen from this company. The website was easy to use and ordering was a breeze. But I was kind of bummed that I had to re-enter some of my personal info into my account. And I wasn't expecting to have to go to the Sephora site to get the full list of ingredients. Even with these small hiccups, I was happy with how things went overall.
Skincare products, reward points
I was a faithful user of these skincare products, but I'm pretty bummed that they got rid of the Rewards Bazaar. I've racked up a bunch of points and now I can't even use them to get products. Any chance they'll bring back the rewards store? I miss it!

Omega Repair Cream, Copper Serum, updated sunscreen formula
My experience as a long-time VIP customer with this brand has been consistently awesome, but there was a little issue during my recent purchase. When I tried to choose the Omega Repair Cream as my VIP gift, the website glitched and nothing happened. So I switched gears and chose the Copper Serum instead, and that went through no problem. Even though there was a bit of a hiccup, I'm looking forward to testing out the new sunscreen formula I bought. All in all, I'm happy with the products and service from this brand.
