App & PortalMy experience as a long-time VIP customer with this brand has been consistently awesome, but there was a little issue during my recent purchase. When I tried to choose the Omega Repair Cream as my VIP gift, the website glitched and nothing happened. So I switched gears and chose the Copper Serum instead, and that went through no problem. Even though there was a bit of a hiccup, I'm looking forward to testing out the new sunscreen formula I bought. All in all, I'm happy with the products and service from this brand.
