This website was really user-friendly and easy to navigate. I liked how everything was all organized so I could find what I needed super fast. The only bummer was there wasn't a chat box to ask questions. I also wanted to shout out my friend who told me about this site, but I couldn't figure out where to do that.

The website has been improved a lot lately, making it way easier to use. Before, I found it hard to get around and couldn't see my past orders properly, which was really annoying. But now, I'm happy to say that the site is super easy to use. I can check out products, add them to my cart, use my rewards, and buy things without any issues.

I just bought the new sunscreen from this company. The website was easy to use and ordering was a breeze. But I was kind of bummed that I had to re-enter some of my personal info into my account. And I wasn't expecting to have to go to the Sephora site to get the full list of ingredients. Even with these small hiccups, I was happy with how things went overall.

I was a faithful user of these skincare products, but I'm pretty bummed that they got rid of the Rewards Bazaar. I've racked up a bunch of points and now I can't even use them to get products. Any chance they'll bring back the rewards store? I miss it!

My experience as a long-time VIP customer with this brand has been consistently awesome, but there was a little issue during my recent purchase. When I tried to choose the Omega Repair Cream as my VIP gift, the website glitched and nothing happened. So I switched gears and chose the Copper Serum instead, and that went through no problem. Even though there was a bit of a hiccup, I'm looking forward to testing out the new sunscreen formula I bought. All in all, I'm happy with the products and service from this brand.
