Essential oils purchase
I recently bought some essential oils from this shop, and I have to say I'm really impressed. CBD FS Oil
As a loyal customer of Plant Therapy for the past couple of years, I've run into some issues with my recent purchase of CBD FS Oil. Even though I've had mostly good experiences with them before, this time around, the delivery problems and the lack of good customer service have really let me down. When the product arrived, a third of it had leaked out, causing damage to another item in the package. The packaging wasn't good enough to prevent leaks. I tried to get in touch through email and phone calls, but it took several tries to get a response. The first customer service rep said they'd send a replacement, but didn't mention anything about the damaged item. The second rep said they never got my emails, which just made things take even longer. They said they'd send me a replacement, but it's been two weeks since our last chat and I still haven't received anything. This whole situation has made me feel really frustrated and like my concerns aren't being heard, especially considering how expensive the CBD oil was and how the company didn't follow through on their promises.

I've bought supplies for my DIY fragrances from here a few times. The quality's great, but it's so annoying when they don't have all the essential oils I need. It feels like a gamble whenever I try to refill my stash. They really need to up their game and make sure they have everything in stock all the time. Besides that hiccup, I have to say, Plant Therapy is top-notch when it comes to quality.

The organic frankincense serrata was really top-notch. And the price was pretty good, especially for something organic. As someone who loves using essential oils, I decided to order directly from the company's website this time because some of the products were not available on other platforms. Unfortunately, it was a big mistake. The parcel didn't make it to the EU because of a mistake on the company's part, and the postal service they used was terrible. It took almost 3 months for the package to not arrive, and now I have no idea where it is or when it will be returned to the company for a refund. This has definitely been the worst shipping experience I've ever had with any company.

I've been a customer for a long time and I've bought stuff from this company for years. I've had a couple of times where things arrived broken, but the customer service folks were always nice about it and sent me new ones right away. However, the other day I bought something during a BOGO deal and I was kind of bummed when I found out I didn't get the discount on items that were the same price, only on the cheaper things. I talked to customer service about it, and they said the BOGO deal was for things that were the same price or cheaper. Other companies I've shopped at usually do BOGO deals for things that are the same price, not just the cheaper ones. This makes me unsure about whether this company is being honest about their prices and deals.
Difficulties with coupon code
So, like, I saw this ad saying I can save $15 off $50, eh? But then when I tried to use it, poof, it was gone! I was so excited to get a deal, but now I feel like it was a trick. I even called customer service, and they wouldn't help me out. Not cool, man.
