DeliveryAs someone who loves using essential oils, I decided to order directly from the company's website this time because some of the products were not available on other platforms. Unfortunately, it was a big mistake. The parcel didn't make it to the EU because of a mistake on the company's part, and the postal service they used was terrible. It took almost 3 months for the package to not arrive, and now I have no idea where it is or when it will be returned to the company for a refund. This has definitely been the worst shipping experience I've ever had with any company.
