PriceI've been a customer for a long time and I've bought stuff from this company for years. I've had a couple of times where things arrived broken, but the customer service folks were always nice about it and sent me new ones right away. However, the other day I bought something during a BOGO deal and I was kind of bummed when I found out I didn't get the discount on items that were the same price, only on the cheaper things. I talked to customer service about it, and they said the BOGO deal was for things that were the same price or cheaper. Other companies I've shopped at usually do BOGO deals for things that are the same price, not just the cheaper ones. This makes me unsure about whether this company is being honest about their prices and deals.
