Plant Therapy - Reviews and experiences

As a loyal customer of Plant Therapy for the past couple of years, I've run into some issues with my recent purchase of CBD FS Oil. Even though I've had mostly good experiences with them before, this time around, the delivery problems and the lack of good customer service have really let me down. When the product arrived, a third of it had leaked out, causing damage to another item in the package. The packaging wasn't good enough to prevent leaks. I tried to get in touch through email and phone calls, but it took several tries to get a response. The first customer service rep said they'd send a replacement, but didn't mention anything about the damaged item. The second rep said they never got my emails, which just made things take even longer. They said they'd send me a replacement, but it's been two weeks since our last chat and I still haven't received anything. This whole situation has made me feel really frustrated and like my concerns aren't being heard, especially considering how expensive the CBD oil was and how the company didn't follow through on their promises.

I've been a loyal customer of this company for a few years now, and I've always had a great experience. Every time I place an order, it gets processed quickly and accurately. The customer service team is always there to help and answer any questions I have. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of essential oils.

Yeah, so back in February, I had a bit of a tough time with this place. Their customer service was honestly pretty bad, and it left me feeling pretty disappointed. But you know what? They actually reached out to me recently to say sorry for messing up in the past. It's not easy to admit when you've made a mistake, so I gotta give them credit for that. It looks like they're working on improving things, and I can appreciate that effort. I think I'll give them another chance - after all, we can all benefit from a bit more forgiveness and compassion in this world, eh?
