    Delayed order shipment

    I just wanted to let you know that I had a bit of a hiccup with my order from your company. I got the email saying my purchase went through, but then it took 11 whole days for the order to actually be shipped out. Now, instead of getting my stuff in a week or so, I'm looking at a wait time of 3-8 days, which could mean waiting up to 20 days total. As someone who shops with you guys, I was hoping for a bit quicker and smoother service. It would be great if we could work on better communication and speeding up the order process to prevent this kind of thing happening again in the future.

    I've bought stuff from this company twice now, and both times I've had problems with getting my order delivered correctly. Even after I double-checked my address with their customer service, my packages still ended up going to the wrong spot. It's been a real headache for me because I didn't get my stuff when I expected to, especially since one of the purchases was meant to be a birthday present for someone. The first time this mix-up happened, they were able to send out a replacement without any issues, but the same thing happened with my second order.

    Accidental $98 Purchase

    I made a goof and bought $98 worth of stuff on this website by mistake. Sent an email asking to cancel, but they said no cancellations allowed. When I asked where it’s mentioned on their site, got no reply other than an automated email saying their inbox is jammed. Ended up reporting the purchase as fraud to get my cash back. Such a bad experience.

    My go-to for hats

    This shop is my go-to when it comes to buying hats. They have awesome deals and really nice stuff. Even when things aren't on sale, the prices are pretty good. I also like how they have lots of different team options, covering all sorts of sports teams and national teams too. The shipping costs aren't too bad and my orders have arrived really quickly.

    "Clean Up" cap

    I just bought this "Clean Up" hat from the store and let me tell you, it is seriously the most comfy hat I've ever had on my head. The fit is just right, not too snug or too floppy. The low crown and curved brim make it even more cozy and stylish. I've been shopping here for 3 years now and every time, the stuff is top-notch.

    Ordered the wrong thing by mistake, so I reached out to customer service right away. They couldn't switch up my order, but we agreed to just cancel it and I'd place a new one. But they didn't cancel my original order like we talked about, and they're not responding to any of my follow-up messages. When the package finally arrived, there was no receipt or anything for returns. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare, looks like I'll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

    I just bought six t-shirts and eight laces from this company, and let me tell you, the quality is top-notch. The stitching on the laces is flawless, and the t-shirts are so comfy, especially in this heat. The material on the shirts is a bit lighter than I expected for the price, but I'm still happy with my purchase. Can't wait for them to release a Blue Jays lace, hope that happens soon! The deliveries to London, Ontario have been super quick, which I really appreciate. Overall, I've been really happy with all the stuff I've gotten from this company in the last 2.5 years.

    I recently bought some clothes and accessories from this company. But, let me tell you, the whole thing was a huge disappointment. I placed my order on a specific date, and even got a notification saying my package was on its way with the postal carrier. But guess what? I never got it. And the worst part is, I can't get a hold of anyone at the company. My emails got ignored, and whenever I tried calling, no one answered. Their customer service seems to be non-existent since their voicemail boxes are always full. It's beyond frustrating and feels like I got scammed. The fact that my order went through without me confirming it makes me question if this company is even legit. It's a stressful and upsetting experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through. My advice? Stay away from this company. You could end up in the same boat as me, out of money and without your stuff.

    So, I recently ordered some sports gear online from this store and I gotta say, the customer service was just really not up to par. I tried to cancel my order and make a new one, but they told me cancelling wasn't an option. I've had this problem before with other stores but usually, I can make changes no problem. The reason they gave me for not being able to cancel was that I'd have to pay a $7 restocking fee if I decided to return. I thought that was kind of unfair, especially when other stores have more flexible return policies. Overall, I was pretty let down by the lack of help from the customer service guy, Paul. I think this store should take a look at their cancellation and return policies to make things easier for customers like me.

    Online order delayed, inaccurate tracking, poor customer service

    I just had such a bad experience with an online order I made recently! It took forever for my order to even ship, and there was no communication about why. When it finally did ship, the tracking information was all wrong - FedEx had no idea where it was. I tried emailing customer service but had to wait ages for a response. Plus, there's no phone number to talk to a real person! It was so frustrating and definitely not what I was expecting.

    I put in an order back in early December and I even paid extra for faster shipping to make sure everything would get here before Christmas. But, it turns out only one thing made it on time, and the other item is still being put together and hasn't arrived yet. I've sent a bunch of emails asking about it, but haven't heard back from anyone in customer service. Honestly, my whole experience with this company has been pretty lousy and really annoying.

    Canada Day hat purchase

    So, I bought this Canada Day hat from this company because they had this deal where you could get a free hat with your order. Well, when I got my package, there was no free hat in there. Turns out, the fine print said the deal was only for the first 100 orders of the day. Pretty sneaky, if you ask me. I saw the ad on Instagram and snagged the hat right away, but no hat for me.

    When I contacted customer service about it, this guy Tristan was no help at all. One reply and he was already getting rude. I've spent a lot of money with this company in the past, so it's really not cool for them to pull a stunt like this and not make it right. Just not right.

    Cancelled order due to suspected fraud

    I recently had the most frustrating experience with an online store. So, I went ahead and made an order, paid for it, and everything seemed fine. But then, I got an email saying they canceled my order because they thought I was up to no good. The worst part? The email felt like they were talking down to me, no real explanation, just calling me a fraudster. So, I decided to ask why, and they said it was all because I used a VPN. Can you believe that? If using a VPN was a problem, why let me go through with the purchase and create an account in the first place? I mean, as a customer, I care about my privacy and safety online, and using a VPN to protect myself shouldn't get my order scrapped. It just doesn't make sense for a company to miss out on sales by punishing customers who are trying to stay safe online. Plus, holding onto my money for days before canceling the order was not only a hassle but also totally unprofessional.
