These headphones are honestly the worst. They always have a loose connection, like seriously? And the customer support is absolutely terrible, like next level bad.

I was wondering about how long printer cartridges last, and Tech For Less was the only store that really took the time to give me a helpful answer. Other places just ignored my question, but Tech For Less went out of their way to help me find the right solution. The customer service was top-notch and I really appreciated their willingness to assist me.

The science kits I bought for homeschooling my kid were a great supplement to our lessons. They came with everything we needed and the instructions were mostly straightforward. We did run into a couple of problems like a broken connector and a leaky bottle, but they weren't too big of a deal. However, after a few years of using them, my daughter lost interest and now we have a bunch of unopened kits gathering dust. Maybe we'll go back to them later on, but for now, they're just sitting there unused.

This solar lantern is really awesome! I bring it camping with my family and it's so bright and lasts for a long time. I also love that it's good for the environment since it runs on solar power.

I just had such a bad experience with an online order I made recently! It took forever for my order to even ship, and there was no communication about why. When it finally did ship, the tracking information was all wrong - FedEx had no idea where it was. I tried emailing customer service but had to wait ages for a response. Plus, there's no phone number to talk to a real person! It was so frustrating and definitely not what I was expecting.
