    Poor aftercare for expensive headphones

    I had a real bummer of a time with the customer service for my fancy headphones. I only had them for less than four years and already had to get one of the speakers fixed. When I contacted the company for help, I couldn't believe it when they told me they don't support my model anymore. They basically told me to find someone else to fix it, but that's been a total headache and hasn't worked out. It's pretty frustrating that a company that sells pricey stuff doesn't take care of their customers once they've bought their products.

    My soundbar is still under warranty and the repair service from the store can't get the part from the manufacturer. The customer service suggests paying for the repair and sending it at my own expense to another repair center other than the store's. This brand makes fun of customers, provides no follow-up, shows rare incompetence, and tries to blame the stores. I've never had so many problems with customer service.

    I just bought some in-ear headphones from Bowers & Wilkins, but I was really disappointed with how they worked for calls. The person I was talking to could hardly hear me, even after I tried a bunch of different things to fix it. I even reached out to customer service, but they never got back to me.

    So I got my AirPods from this company last year and honestly, they're amazing! But a few months later, one stopped working, so I had to send it in for repair. They fixed it for free thanks to the warranty, which was pretty sweet. But then, the same thing happened again the following year, and this time I had to shell out $200 for the fix. And now, it's been two years and they still can't get it sorted because they no longer have the replacement part. So, I'm left without my AirPods and it's really frustrating!

    Zeppelin speaker

    I just bought the Zeppelin speaker for $1000 and was pretty bummed out when I realized it doesn't work with Spotify or Google Home. It really makes it a lot less useful and convenient, which kinda makes me wonder if it's worth the price.

    PX8 headset purchase

    I recently bought a PX8 headset from the store and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with it. The sound quality is great and the build quality seems good too. But that's where the good stuff ends. Every time I try to use the headset for a Teams call on my phone and computer at the same time, they both crash. So, I have to turn off Bluetooth on my phone just to make a Teams call. Also, even at the lowest volume, it's too loud, and the LED light is always on, shining really bright in the dark. If they're set to turn off after 15 minutes of not being used (say, if you fall asleep with them on), they make this super loud chime before shutting off. And you can't even turn the chime off, plus it doesn't match the volume set on the headset. I've tried to tell the company about these issues, but they just ignore me and tell me to talk to their distributors who don't actually deal with the product problems.

    P5 Headphones

    Bowers & Wilkins just isn't cutting it with their products and service. I bought the P5 headphones and ran into an issue. When I asked for help, the customer support was really disappointing. They didn't even respond to my inquiry, which was super frustrating. I tried looking for a replacement part on their website, but found it at a decent price with a huge delivery fee to Canada. I contacted their service partner, Emcompass, and they said they didn't even have the part in their catalog. Even after talking to their service agent, it didn't really help and they didn't provide any guarantees for a fix. Bowers & Wilkins really needs to step up their game in customer service if they want to be seen as a top-notch brand.

    Recent purchase of PS7 X2e headphones

    The customer service at this place is a total joke. They don't really care about your concerns and just give you canned responses that don't help at all. I had the misfortune of dealing with Emelio, who completely turned me off as a customer. It's a shame because the headphones I purchased are really great, but the idea of dealing with their awful service if something goes wrong just isn't worth it. This isn't just my experience, it seems like other customers feel the same way. It's sad to see such a lack of care for the customers who are supporting their business.

    Network Speaker

    I was super pumped to get this network speaker, thinking it would look cool and sound amazing. But man, was I let down. The software and Alexa integration were so frustrating, always needing to rescan devices and do everything manually just to get it to function. Such a letdown for what could have been an awesome product. Right now, it's pretty much just a pricey Bluetooth speaker. Don't waste your cash on this, find something better to invest in.
