I was really disappointed with the customer service at this store. I contacted them about my skin reacting to skincare stuff I bought. They said they would look into it and let me know. But it's been weeks and I still haven't heard anything. It's annoying to not hear back and feel like they're ignoring my concerns. I know reactions can happen, but they should at least keep me in the loop. Not keeping me posted and following up is just not cool.
