They didn't even respond to my inquiry, which was super frustrating. I tried looking for a replacement part on their website, but found it at a decent price with a huge delivery fee to Canada. I contacted their service partner, Emcompass, and they said they didn't even have the part in their catalog. Even after talking to their service agent, it didn't really help and they didn't provide any guarantees for a fix. Bowers & Wilkins really needs to step up their game in customer service if they want to be seen as a top-notch brand.
