Two pairs of shoes
I bought two pairs of shoes from this store, eh. But, like, they didn't fit so I had to send them back. I checked the tracking numbers and saw that they got back to the store on different days. It's been over a month now, but I haven't gotten my money back yet. The customer service has been no help and it seems like they're just avoiding me. I'm really not happy with how this whole thing went down.
Sneakers
I recently bought a pair of sneakers from this company and honestly, I'm so disappointed with how everything went down. The customer service was just awful and not at all helpful. It makes me wonder if this company is even legit. I sent back the shoes in January and it's already March, but I still haven't gotten my $229.00 refund. The communication from Elsa, the customer service rep, was just not up to par. It left me feeling frustrated and like I can't trust this company. Even though she said she started the refund process two weeks ago, nothing has actually happened. The way they're handling customer inquiries and refunds is sketchy and inefficient. This whole experience has just been really unsatisfying.
Returned order without refund
I sent back my order on February 14th, just like they said I could. But even though I gave back the stuff, I still haven't gotten my $200 back. I've emailed the customer service team three times now, but no one's gotten back to me. It's super annoying and I'm pretty upset about it. I won't be buying from this brand ever again.
High-top sneakers
I just picked up a pair of high-top sneakers from this company and man, let me tell ya, I'm super let down with the whole shebang. Firstly, their customer service is just awful. I sent back the kicks and asked for my money back over two weeks ago, but haven't heard a peep from them since. I've shot them a bunch of emails but it seems like they're straight up ghosting me. This lack of care for their customers is just not cool. I can't believe how poorly they're dealing with this whole thing.
Recent return
I dropped off a return on February 14th, and Evri picked it up on February 15th. But, my return has been on its way back to the store ever since, and I'm now out over £500. I've messaged customer service twice, but haven't heard back yet. This lack of communication and resolution is really disappointing.
Shoes and shoe cleaning kit
I had a really bad time shopping online with this brand. The prices were all over the place depending on where you wanted to ship, the delivery date they gave was way off, and there was no way to track your order or cancel it. The only way to get any help was through live chat, which was totally useless. I ordered some shoes and a shoe cleaning kit on March 29th, and they said it would be here by April 9th. But just two days later, they emailed to say there were delays and no clear idea of when it would be shipped. It's April 7th now and my order hasn't even left yet, and when I asked customer service, they said it would be at least another 8 days. I asked to cancel my order because it was a gift for a special occasion, but they said no refunds or cancellations. It's really disappointing, especially since I used to shop with them a lot before.
First-time purchase, returned item via recommended courier
I bought something back in December for the first time, eh, but it didn't fit, eh. So I sent it back using the courier they suggested, Evri. They gave me a reference number and all, but I still haven't gotten my money back yet. I've been trying to contact them, but they take forever to reply, eh, and I can't even talk to a real person on the phone. It's so frustrating, eh. Can you help me out with this, like, ASAP? Thanks a lot, eh.
Missing shoe order
I ordered a pair of shoes from this company not long ago, but I never got them. When I reached out to customer service, they just pointed fingers at the delivery company and didn't really try to help me out. They kept saying the package was delivered, but I can tell you for sure that nothing showed up at my door. It's pretty frustrating to see them not taking responsibility and giving such lousy customer service, especially when they claim to be top-notch. I'm thinking about getting a lawyer involved because I paid for something that I never received.
T-shirt and shoes purchase
Oh geez, what a complete disaster! So, I decided to treat myself and splurged on a fancy t-shirt and a nice pair of shoes from this high-end company. Well, let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I messed up and got the wrong size for the shoes, so I got charged for both pairs. When I tried to fix it and cancel one, they turned me down. Shoe purchase dispute

Shoes refund process
I've been waiting almost a month now for my refund from the shoes I sent back. Getting in touch with customer service has been a real pain, taking about a week to hear back from them. And even then, the response wasn't super helpful in getting my refund started. It took multiple emails just to get confirmation that they got my shoes back and the refund process going. I don't think it's fair for us customers to always have to keep checking in. Plus, the time they said it would take for the refund to show up in my account has come and gone, and I still haven't seen the money. All in all, not the greatest experience with this brand's online store.

I just bought two pairs of sneakers from this brand online. But then when they arrived, one pair was the wrong size and I had to send it back. It's been three weeks now and still no refund in sight. So frustrating! Plus, there was no way to track the delivery which made things even worse, especially since I spent so much money on those sneakers. Axel Arigato Rush sneakers
I just bought a pair of Rush sneakers online, but they've been a real letdown. After only a few times wearing them, the insoles crumbled, the backs wore down and gave me blisters, and the outer soles came apart because of bad glue. I've tried getting in touch with the retailer and messaged Axel Arigato twice, but no luck. Even reaching out through social media hasn't helped. I'm really let down by the lack of response and the shoddy quality of the shoes.
Dice lo Croc sneakers
I just got myself a pair of Dice lo Croc shoes from their official website and let me tell you, they are hands down the best sneakers I've ever had! The leather quality is top-notch, they're well made, light as a feather, and so comfy. I'm seriously impressed with these shoes and would totally recommend them to anyone. Plus, the delivery was speedy, I got them in just 3 days. And when I had a question, their customer service got back to me right away, which I thought was really cool. As a picky shopper, I can confidently say that Axel Arigato went above and beyond my expectations.

A little over a month ago, I bought a pair of sneakers from this company. But, even though a lot of time has gone by, I still haven't gotten my order. I've tried getting in touch with their customer service through their online chat quite a few times, but all I get are excuses and no solutions. At first, they said my order was delayed because of technical problems, and then they told me they had sent it out again. But when the package finally arrived, it was empty. When I told them about it, they just flat out denied any responsibility and called me a liar for saying I hadn't gotten the sneakers. It's like they took my money and left me with nothing.
Price difference between Germany and Switzerland
I recently had a frustrating experience with the prices at this company. It all started when I compared the cost of a pair of shoes in Germany and Switzerland. I was shocked to see a big difference that made me feel like I was getting ripped off. The original price was already higher in Switzerland because of the exchange rate, but on top of that, the VAT and import fees made the shoes way more expensive for Swiss customers. It just didn't seem right to me - like they were taking advantage of us. Because of this, I've decided to not buy anything else from this company in the future. The customer service was not great, and I felt like I didn't get my money's worth. To sum it up, I really wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company because of the price differences and poor customer service.
Order Issue and Return Problems
Terrible customer service, eh? I bought a bunch of stuff and had problems with getting them delivered and then returning them. One of my orders has gone MIA and the other was messed up in the refund process. Now they're asking for weird proof like photos, which I've never had to do before in all my years of shopping online.
