I booked my flights by mistake and had to call to fix it. At first, they told me to book again and said I'd get a refund later. But when I called back, they said they couldn't give me a refund anymore. And to top it off, the person on the phone laughed at me.

I dropped off a return on February 14th, and Evri picked it up on February 15th. But, my return has been on its way back to the store ever since, and I'm now out over £500. I've messaged customer service twice, but haven't heard back yet. This lack of communication and resolution is really disappointing.

I just picked up some new outdoor gear and it was awesome! The price was great and the shipping was crazy fast. I really enjoy shopping here and I'll definitely be back for a helmet soon.

I really like how easy it is to use this service. Being able to pick out my own vitamins for each day and have them brought right to my door saves me so much time. But, I think it would be even better if they offered reusable dispensers in different colors. Using individual packets creates a lot of extra waste, and having a more eco-friendly option would make the whole experience even better for customers like me.

I was really looking forward to trying out the food products, but it ended up being a letdown. The auto-ship thing messed up my order, making changes without even asking me first. When I asked for a refund for the stuff I didn't want, I didn't get it like they promised. Their customer service was not great, and canceling my subscription was a real pain.

I was so impressed with the quality of the covers I ordered online. They looked even better in person and you could tell they were really well-made. Plus, they fit perfectly on my furniture and made the room look so much nicer. I'm definitely gonna get more stuff from the website soon.

I bought some outdoor gear online at a store, but they sent me the wrong stuff that was meant for someone else. I called customer service, and they said they couldn't ship my order until I sent back the wrong items. Even though it was their mistake, they wanted me to return the items to UPS store myself, which was a hassle. I tried to reach out to them by phone and email, but I still haven't heard back about getting a prepaid shipping label.
