App building platform
I didn't have any experience making apps before trying this platform, but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use. The layout was simple and not confusing at all, so even a beginner like me could make a decent app. If I ever got stuck or needed help, there was always someone around to assist me. The support team was fantastic and they helped me with any problems I ran into. Overall, I was really impressed with how seamless everything was and I'm satisfied with the app I ended up making.

Educational program for children
Our 4 year old daughter has been loving this educational program. The activities are interactive and fun, making it easy for her to learn. But I do think it would be even better if there was a "Math" section along with the reading one. It would be great to have some catchy songs or other fun stuff to keep kids with short attention spans more engaged.

I'm really frustrated with Impact! I earned some money, but they're not giving it to me. It's such a rip-off! And their customer support is terrible, they never do anything to help. I've been trying to get my money for months, and I still haven't received anything. They just keep taking my earnings without even asking!

My experience with HotelsCombined was quite the rollercoaster, eh? From the first search for a hotel all the way to actually booking it, there were some frustrating moments and some times where I felt relieved. A little over a month ago, I bought a pair of sneakers from this company. But, even though a lot of time has gone by, I still haven't gotten my order. I've tried getting in touch with their customer service through their online chat quite a few times, but all I get are excuses and no solutions. At first, they said my order was delayed because of technical problems, and then they told me they had sent it out again. But when the package finally arrived, it was empty. When I told them about it, they just flat out denied any responsibility and called me a liar for saying I hadn't gotten the sneakers. It's like they took my money and left me with nothing.

Recurring charge
I never wanted this whole recurring purchase situation, but they still went ahead and charged my card! I tried to cancel on the same day, and they only offered me half credit. But I wasn't interested in that, I just wanted my money back. They made me wait to get the package and now I have to send it back just to get a refund, so inconvenient! And now, after a whole week, the package hasn't even budged according to the tracking number they gave me. Not cool, not cool at all.
