I bought some electronics from this store not too long ago and I gotta say, I was super let down with how it all went down. Even though the website said they had everything in stock, I never even got my order! I had to do a chargeback on my card just to get my money back. It was a huge pain and took up a lot of my time. If they had just communicated better and had better customer service, this all could have been avoided. I definitely don't recommend buying from this store to anyone.

This Christmas, I thought I'd try online shopping for a gift and chose the in-store pick up option to save some time. I checked out the website and found exactly what I wanted. In less than an hour, I got an email telling me my order was good to go at the store. So I headed over there, and sure enough, my order was all set for me. The whole process was super convenient, and I'll definitely be using it again in the future.

So, eh, I ordered this wicked cool monitor, eh? But then it took forever for it to even ship, you know? I had to wait a whole month before they finally told me it was backordered. Like seriously, why couldn't they just say that in the first place, eh? I had to call them because no one on their chat team could give me a straight answer. And don't even get me started on the excuses they gave me, like the fulfillment person being in a meeting. Ugh, so annoying, you know?

I had a really disappointing time at the electronics store. The customer service was basically non-existent and I wasn't sure if the products were legit. I would definitely recommend avoiding this store.

Ever since new folks took over, the store's been a bit more run-of-the-mill, but prices are still sweet and service is decent. I pop in every now and then for computer stuff and always find better deals here than at other places.
