    Rebook or cancel ticket due to family emergency

    I had to give the customer service line a ring the other day 'cause of a fam jam emergency. The rep who helped me out was top notch. She was so kind, sympathetic, understanding, and took her time with me. Not only did she sort out my problem, but she also gave me a good deal on changing my ticket. I was so thankful for all her help, I got a bit emotional. 'Cause of the awesome service, I'm gonna stick with this company and tell all my buds about 'em.

    As an 81-year-old senior, I gave them a ring to double-check my return flight to Newark, NJ, and ask for some help with a wheelchair and preboarding. Agent Zeldon was super helpful and nice, he really knew his stuff. He even made sure to get me a seat in just the right spot. I was really impressed with his professionalism and how he treated me. I'll for sure be coming back to this company next time I fly.

    Recent flight booking

    I just booked a flight for my trip to Italy coming up, and man, the service I got from this company was so disappointing. With all the travel restrictions going on because of the pandemic, you'd think they'd have their act together, but nope. They went and put me on different flights without even following the right steps. Like, hello? Europe and Canada both got these shutdown rules in place, and it's kinda scary that this company just ignored that. Some folks might have to go ahead and take these guys to court for what they did.

    March flight cancellation due to COVID-19

    I just booked two tickets for March, but our flights got cancelled because of this pandemic going on. Our booking reference number was 67727487. The airline said they'd give us a full refund, but CheapOair only gave us a credit, and that just won't cut it. I've been trying to get in touch with them to get a refund, but no luck so far. I don't have any other travel plans right now, so this whole thing has been really frustrating.

    I gotta say, the customer service rep I dealt with was amazing. He was super nice, patient, and really helpful the whole time. At first, I was feeling pretty nervous and clueless about booking my trip, but he calmed me down and went over all the choices we made in a way that was easy to understand.

    I recently booked a flight through this company, and it was a total disaster. I got hit with unexpected extra fees even after I got approved for my loan. They wanted me to pay an extra $105 for taxes and stuff, even though I had already been approved for a certain amount. When I called to complain about this, I got bounced around from one person to another, talking to a bunch of agents who didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. It was so frustrating dealing with all this lack of communication and consistency that I just hung up in total frustration. I called back a bunch of times, but the customer service was still terrible. After hours of waiting, pointless talks, and a big headache, I finally managed to speak to a supervisor who reluctantly waived the $105 fee. It was all way more stressful than it needed to be.

    Not dealing with this company anymore. I planned a trip for my mom with them and when she got sick and couldn't go, they were no help at all. Spent hours on hold only to hear that the ticket was closed and they couldn't help. I had to reach out to the airline directly, who had no problem reopening the ticket. When I tried to use the credit later, they gave me different expiration dates - even an email with a different date than what they said on the phone. Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare and I won't be using them again.

    Refund request on undisclosed issue

    I had a really frustrating situation with a travel booking company lately. I asked for a refund but they haven't given it to me yet, even though they said they would fix things. It's disappointing to see them more focused on hiding bad reviews than actually helping their customers and fixing problems quickly. In my book, being upfront and solving problems should be the main goals for any good company.     Booking refund issue

    This company has been causing me a lot of trouble. I'm still waiting to hear back about getting a refund for the ticket I bought for my mom in 2019. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare, and the manager I talked to didn't seem genuine at all. It's been more than a month now, and they still haven't heard back from the airline.     Refusal to honor travel credit

    Cheapoair didn't come through with my travel credit for a cancelled flight because of the pandemic. They said they'd keep the credit forever, but when I went to book another flight, they told me to talk to the airline instead. Even though the credit still shows up in my account, Cheapoair won't acknowledge it. The communication was weak and the customer service was no help at all, so it was really frustrating.

    Flight booking experience

    I just booked a flight online, eh, and let me tell you, it was a real disappointment. At first, the prices looked great, but once I clicked to confirm my booking, the price shot up by over $1000, eh. To top it off, the flight had layovers in the US, and my family needed C type transit visas, but I had no clue about that upfront, eh. It was super stressful, because the airlines told us that without the visas, my family wouldn't be able to get on the flight. But when we asked the booking platform for help, they basically told us tough luck. They only offered $50 as compensation, eh, which was a total joke considering the situation. Honestly, the whole experience really didn't sit right with me, and I just want to warn others about these shady practices, eh.

    Incorrect name on tickets

    I just bought some tickets on a travel website, but ran into a problem because the name on the tickets was wrong. The website was glitchy and didn't let me double-check everything before I bought them. So, I had to call customer service to fix it, but they said they couldn't change the name and I had to cancel the ticket. This left me unsure about getting a full refund easily. Plus, when I tried to book again, the original ticket I wanted was gone and the new options were totally different.
