Last-minute canceled flight
Not dealing with this company anymore. I planned a trip for my mom with them and when she got sick and couldn't go, they were no help at all. Spent hours on hold only to hear that the ticket was closed and they couldn't help. I had to reach out to the airline directly, who had no problem reopening the ticket. When I tried to use the credit later, they gave me different expiration dates - even an email with a different date than what they said on the phone. Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare and I won't be using them again.

First order placed
I just made my first order and I can't wait to get it. The stuff I picked out seemed awesome in the pictures on the website, so I'm excited to see if they're as good in person. Ordering was a breeze and I didn't have any problems browsing the website. The prices were fair and competitive, so I felt pretty good about buying. Hopefully, everything arrives without any hiccups and on time. *fingers crossed*
