Incorrect name on tickets
I just bought some tickets on a travel website, but ran into a problem because the name on the tickets was wrong. So, I had to call customer service to fix it, but they said they couldn't change the name and I had to cancel the ticket. This left me unsure about getting a full refund easily. Plus, when I tried to book again, the original ticket I wanted was gone and the new options were totally different.
