Refusal to honor travel credit
Cheapoair didn't come through with my travel credit for a cancelled flight because of the pandemic. They said they'd keep the credit forever, but when I went to book another flight, they told me to talk to the airline instead. Even though the credit still shows up in my account, Cheapoair won't acknowledge it. The communication was weak and the customer service was no help at all, so it was really frustrating.

Imprinted promotional items - fidget spinners
I had to get some promotional items (fidget spinners) really fast and iPromo came through right on time, actually a day early! The items were top-notch quality and just like they said they would be.
