Disappointing sizing and color
First time ordering from this place, was looking forward to the summer sale. Got my order, but the clothes didn't fit properly and the colors were pretty boring. Found out that they don't do refunds, only store credit, which was a letdown. Definitely not going to shop here again.
Expensive dresses
The dresses are way too pricey for what you get. I noticed some loose threads and fraying on the dresses I bought. The return policy is pretty strict and could be more flexible for items that haven't been worn or used.
Seraphina sweater and Rehanne set
Oh my goodness, I can't believe it! I'm really disappointed with my recent order from this store. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever shop here again. My Seraphina sweater was a total mess! The knitting was really bad, with lines and poor stitching all over. And don't even get me started on the Rehanne set! The buttons were so difficult to get through the buttonholes, like seriously! I'm afraid to even try because the material is so cheap. And on top of that, their return policy is ridiculous. You have to pay to send back their low-quality items!? It's just a waste of money. Everything is priced like Free People but feels like it's from Walmart. I'm so let down 😩.
Custom clothing
I love getting custom clothing because it's always so unique and stylish. The sizes fit perfectly and the quality is amazing. I just got a new outfit and was really happy with how fast it showed up, even with customs fees. And they even included a little free gift in the package - such a nice surprise! I'll definitely be shopping there again.
Dress with loose strings
I bought a dress from this store and it was a total disaster! There were loose threads everywhere, the sizing was way off, and to make matters worse, you can't even return anything! I mean, come on, what's up with that? How can they expect you to shop online without the option to return if it doesn't work out? Plus, their return policy is super unclear, it's just a mess. Honestly, I don't think they'll last long with this kind of attitude.

I've noticed that the sizes at this store can be all over the place, so it's kind of risky to order from them. Even though the stuff I've gotten matches the pictures, I'm not too impressed with how they jack up prices for sales and discounts, and then make it tough to return stuff. It's annoying when you can't get your money back for stuff that doesn't fit right, especially when the return process is a pain and costs a lot.
Disappointing return policy and unreliable sizing
The customer service is alright, but not having free returns or exchanges really ruins the whole shopping vibe. Be prepared to pay around $20 for shipping if you want to return or exchange something, which is annoying. The clothes are nice, but the quality isn't great - the zipper on the dress I got broke right away. They did give me store credit when I sent them photos of the messed up dress, but honestly, it's not worth the hassle. I wouldn't suggest shopping here.
