    Auto-Ship medication cancellation

    I had a really bad experience with a company that does Auto-Ship for medication. They did this big upgrade and didn't tell anyone that it would cancel their orders. People didn't get their pet's meds on time and it was a real hassle. The Support team was so busy with calls that it took forever to fix everything. It's not cool how they handled the situation, makes the company look bad.

    Natural skincare products

    I was so looking forward to trying out the natural skincare products from this company, especially since everyone was talking about their silver carp collagen. But honestly, I was let down by the results. The exfoliating cleanser was way too rough on my sensitive skin, making it all red and irritated. The moisturizer felt super heavy and oily, like it was just sitting on top of my skin. And let's not even talk about the anti-aging cream - it did absolutely nothing for my fine lines and wrinkles. Overall, I was not impressed with the quality of the products and didn't see any real changes in my skin.

    Inconsistent sizing

    I've noticed that the sizes at this store can be all over the place, so it's kind of risky to order from them. Even though the stuff I've gotten matches the pictures, I'm not too impressed with how they jack up prices for sales and discounts, and then make it tough to return stuff. It's annoying when you can't get your money back for stuff that doesn't fit right, especially when the return process is a pain and costs a lot.

    Purchase of a high-end jacket

    I bought this really nice jacket from the store but had to send it back because it didn't fit right. I mailed it back and then reached out to customer service to ask about my refund. But guess what, they told me the jacket was MIA in the warehouse and wouldn't give me back the $609 I paid for it. I'm shocked and pretty upset that they're getting away with this kind of careless mistake.
