MSR Elixir 3 tent
I recently bought an MSR Elixir 3 tent from Altitude Sports and it's seriously top-notch. I know my way around camping gear, and MSR never disappoints, especially in their tent department. Got the tent on sale for $399.99, a steal compared to other places selling it for $489.99. Plus, scored an extra 10% off for signing up for their newsletter, so the final price was $359.99. The whole buying process was smooth sailing, and shipping was super quick and free. Got my order in just 2 days via Fed Ex. Setting up the tent was a breeze and everything went smoothly. Can't wait for camping season with my new gear from Altitude Sports. I'll definitely be back for more in the future.
Winter jacket
I've been a loyal customer of this retailer for a while now, and I've never been let down by their service. Despite what you might read online, my experiences with Altitude Sports and Last Hunt have always been positive. They've got a wide range of outdoor clothing and gear to choose from, and I've always found exactly what I needed. Sure, during busy times like Christmas, shipping might take a little longer, but the quality of their products and their customer service more than make up for it. Purchase of a high-end jacket
I bought this really nice jacket from the store but had to send it back because it didn't fit right. I mailed it back and then reached out to customer service to ask about my refund. But guess what, they told me the jacket was MIA in the warehouse and wouldn't give me back the $609 I paid for it. I'm shocked and pretty upset that they're getting away with this kind of careless mistake.

I was so happy with my purchase of a Ski Boot Bag from this store. I had been looking for it for a while and was super excited to see it at a better price than other websites. Jacket purchase
I ordered this amazing jacket, eh, and I was supposed to get it on January 8, but now the shipping is all screwed up and it's arriving on January 4 when I won't even be home to pick it up! I tried to have it held at FedEx, but Altitude put a restriction on it. Altitude told me they can't do anything once it's shipped out. Now my jacket is just sitting outside, waiting to get stolen. I'm so upset, eh!
Snowsuit purchase
I wasn't sure at first because of some bad reviews, but my experience with this company has been great. I've ordered from them a few times now and I've been really happy with their prices and how easy it is to shop on their website. Just got a snowsuit from them and it's good quality. I'll definitely be coming back for more.

I just got this awesome jacket from Altitude-Sports and I was so happy with how fast it came in the mail. I thought I'd have to wait forever, but it only took three days! Jacket purchase, web reseller
I just bought a jacket from this website, and honestly, I was not happy with how things went down. I got a confirmation after placing my order, but then didn't hear anything for ages. When I finally reached out, they told me my order got nixed because their "partner" didn't have the stock. It looks like they might just be a middleman for some other company, and that's a bummer. On top of that, I signed up for a "Lifetime Membership" to get a discount on the jacket, but never got it and they wouldn't give me a refund. All in all, it was a frustrating ordeal and I definitely wouldn't suggest using this website.
$1,300 jacket
I can't believe it, eh? I splurged on this pricey jacket and had to wait forever for it to ship. Then, I get an email saying it's not in stock and they canceled my order! Total rip-off. And to add insult to injury, they send me a coupon for a lousy 10% off my next order, but it expires real fast and you can't even use it on the good stuff. Like, seriously? I'm so over this site, they gotta up their game and actually have things in stock if they wanna sell online.
Swimsuit purchase
I recently bought a swimsuit from Altitude Sports and man, was I bummed when it didn't fit right. The website's sizing info was way off! So, I had to send it back for a refund. The good thing is that the return process was pretty smooth. But what really ticked me off was getting charged $12 for shipping the return. Like, what!? That's just not cool, and it's left a bad taste in my mouth.
Down jacket purchase
I just bought a down jacket from this company and selected next day delivery. But, they ended up not delivering on time and sent my order using regular shipping instead. When I reached out to customer service, they fibbed and said the order had already been shipped even though the tracking info said otherwise. I was really let down by this whole situation and won't be buying from them again.
My recent online purchase
I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this online store. I placed an order and was super excited for my delivery, but to my surprise, my package got lost somewhere along the way. It was a bummer, so I reached out to customer service to sort things out. They said they'd look into it and promised to email me a case number, but I haven't heard anything back from them since. Altra Olympus women's shoes
I bought a pair of Altra Olympus women's shoes at this store recently. I have bunions and sore feet, so I checked out some reviews on Reddit and thought this brand might help. They were kind of expensive at around $200, but I was willing to pay if it meant my feet would feel better. However, when I tried them on, they fit okay but they were so ugly! They looked like clown shoes and definitely not my style.
Fast shipping
My order was supposed to come in just 1 day, but it actually took 3 days! And to make things worse, they didn't even install the fixings or do the tune-up. But, at least the price was the same as other places. It was pretty average overall.
Coat purchase, delayed delivery, lack of updates.
I ordered a coat from this place and was told it would arrive by December 1st. Well, it's almost the end of the month and still no coat! I've tried contacting them several times, but all I get are excuses and no real updates on my order. I'm starting to think this company might not be legit. I'm losing hope and wondering where I can complain about this awful service.
Parka
I ordered a parka online and omg, it took forever to show up! They said it would get here sooner, argh. Turns out it was from a whole different place than I expected. When it finally came, I saw it was way cheaper from there. I tried to get a discount, but they wanted me to return it and buy it from the cheaper place instead. Like, seriously, why would I do that? It's so dumb.
