ServiceThis company, eh, is just a complete joke. I bought a waterproof jacket, but when it arrived, it was the wrong size, eh. When I tried calling customer service to exchange it, no one picked up, and whenever I tried using their online chat, I kept getting disconnected. And then, to top it off, the refund they gave me was based on the website's sales price, not what I actually paid, eh. It's like they couldn't care less about their customers and just want to make a fast buck. Steer clear of this sketchy online store, eh.
