CommunicationI gotta say, I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this online store. I placed an order and was super excited for my delivery, but to my surprise, my package got lost somewhere along the way. It was a bummer, so I reached out to customer service to sort things out. They said they'd look into it and promised to email me a case number, but I haven't heard anything back from them since. The lack of communication and unresolved issue has left me feeling pretty frustrated and let down by the whole experience.
