Insulated winter jacket
This store's customer service is just terrible, eh? I tried to challenge their best price policy recently and let me tell you, they went above and beyond to come up with excuses not to honor it. It was so frustrating trying to get any sort of help or support from them. Honestly, it was a really disappointing experience, eh?
Waterproof jacket
This company, eh, is just a complete joke. I bought a waterproof jacket, but when it arrived, it was the wrong size, eh. When I tried calling customer service to exchange it, no one picked up, and whenever I tried using their online chat, I kept getting disconnected. And then, to top it off, the refund they gave me was based on the website's sales price, not what I actually paid, eh. It's like they couldn't care less about their customers and just want to make a fast buck. Steer clear of this sketchy online store, eh.
Winter jacket
I ordered a winter jacket from this store, and they somehow sent it to the wrong address in a town I've never lived in. The customer service rep, Jennifer, was not helpful at all and wouldn't own up to their mistake. Now I have to wait for the package to come back, which could take forever, and then who knows if I'll even get my money back. This has been the absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Thanks a bunch, Altitude Sports.
Coat return issue
I had a really bad experience with my recent purchase from this company. I returned a coat last week and got an email saying it was being shipped to me, but then found out that my return was actually being handled by another brand. The lack of communication and organization in this company was just awful. They clearly can't keep track of orders, and the customer service couldn't give me any answers. I'm really let down by how they handled my return and my whole experience with them. I wouldn't suggest ordering from them.
