Returns & RefundsI had a really bad experience with my recent purchase from this company. I returned a coat last week and got an email saying it was being shipped to me, but then found out that my return was actually being handled by another brand. The lack of communication and organization in this company was just awful. They clearly can't keep track of orders, and the customer service couldn't give me any answers. I'm really let down by how they handled my return and my whole experience with them. I wouldn't suggest ordering from them.
