    I'm really disappointed with my dog food order from this place. It's taking so long to ship! Every time I chat with customer service, they say they'll check with the vendor, but I still haven't heard anything new. I'm not happy about it. When I order from somewhere else, it arrives in 2-3 days, not like this place taking forever.

    I can't stand this company. Their system is all messed up. I tried to place my order three times and each time it was canceled. I even talked to the manager on the phone and was told to create a new account and try again, but it still got canceled. They keep your money for over a week, plus the time it takes for your bank to sort out the canceled pre-authorization. Honestly, it's not worth your time or money here.

    Auto-Ship medication cancellation

    I had a really bad experience with a company that does Auto-Ship for medication. They did this big upgrade and didn't tell anyone that it would cancel their orders. People didn't get their pet's meds on time and it was a real hassle. The Support team was so busy with calls that it took forever to fix everything. It's not cool how they handled the situation, makes the company look bad.

    Meds order, terrible service

    I tried to order some medication for my pet and gave their call center a call. It was a complete disaster. The representative on the line seemed to be from far away, maybe in Africa or somewhere like that, and we had a tough time communicating. I found out they were bought out by another company for a lot of money, and it looks like their customer service went downhill from there. I had to wait a long time on hold, the call kept cutting out, and the representatives struggled to speak English clearly. That's why I'll be going somewhere else for my pet's meds.

    My experience buying Heartguard from this company was a total nightmare eh. I got a message saying my order was sent out, but after a whole week went by and I still didn't get it, I decided to get in touch with them. They told me they were waiting for my vet to okay the purchase, which seemed weird to me since my vet is always on the ball. I even called up my vet to double-check and they didn't have any record of being asked for authorization by the company. When I gave them another call to ask more questions, they said they were chatting with my vet and promised to keep me posted if there were any problems. But, I never got a call back from them or any updates on my order status.

    Pet medication refill order

    As someone who's been a loyal customer for a while, I've always relied on this company to refill my pet's meds. But I gotta say, my recent experience really let me down. I placed an order for my furry friend's medication and all of a sudden I got roped into this service called Vetster and they were reaching out to me. It really bugged me that they shared my info without even asking me first. Privacy is super important to me and I didn't like that they broke that trust.

    The ordering process on this pet medication website is such a mess. At first, I was all excited about how easy it could be to save money by ordering from this site. But let me tell you, it's been one frustrating experience. Orders that I didn't even make end up showing up on my account out of nowhere, and it just throws me off and stresses me out. And on top of that, they sometimes cancel or change the orders I actually did make without even giving me a heads up. The lack of communication and consistency is just driving me nuts. I've wasted so much time trying to fix these mistakes that never should've happened in the first place. And at the end of it all, it's my poor pets who end up suffering from messed up and delayed medication orders. Ordering online was supposed to make things easier, but it's just become a big pain.

    I just made a big order from you guys, spending over $300. But, when I tracked it, I saw it was going to the wrong address. I know for sure I changed it when I checked out, but it didn't stick. I was worried and annoyed, so I called customer service, expecting a headache. But, the person I talked to was amazing. I told them what happened, and right away they said they'd send a new order to the right address with overnight delivery. They were quick and got it right, plus there were no automated machines, so I only waited for less than two minutes. This level of help really saved my butt, and I'm so thankful for the fast and easy fix.

    I first checked out this website because they said they had free shipping, but turns out I got charged shipping fees a bunch of times even though they were supposed to be free.
