I tried to order some medication for my pet and gave their call center a call. It was a complete disaster. The representative on the line seemed to be from far away, maybe in Africa or somewhere like that, and we had a tough time communicating. I found out they were bought out by another company for a lot of money, and it looks like their customer service went downhill from there. I had to wait a long time on hold, the call kept cutting out, and the representatives struggled to speak English clearly. That's why I'll be going somewhere else for my pet's meds.

I ordered LED lights, but the company's communication and customer service were super disappointing. They were supposed to ship my item on a certain date, but there wasn't much info about my order. When I asked about it on live chat, they said it wouldn't come until the end of June, three months after charging my bank account. The customer service person, Diane, was rude and didn't help fix the problem. It was a frustrating and unprofessional experience altogether.
