I bought the LED facial mask and honestly, I was very let down by it. Like a bunch of other people, the mask decided to stop working just 8 weeks after the warranty ended, all because of a short in the wire. When I contacted the company about it, all they offered was a lousy $100 off, which I said no to because it's the principle of the matter. I wouldn't suggest buying this product since it's obviously not very sturdy or dependable.

I bought this really expensive mask and it broke after only 2 and a half years. I was furious because it cost me $400 and it should have lasted way longer. The company wouldn't replace it even though it was just outside the warranty. I was so let down, I won't be buying from them again.
