Costly purchase
I just bought a face mask with LED lights at this shop to step up my skincare game. Unfortunately, the controller on the mask stopped working just over a year after I got it. When I contacted customer service, they said the controller was only covered by a one-year warranty, even though I was told it had a two-year manufacturer's guarantee. Not knowing the actual warranty period when I bought it made me feel misled and annoyed. The fact that the product is low quality and the warranty info was deceptive makes it tough to justify spending a lot on something that only lasts a year.
