I was so annoyed with the customer service at first, like seriously. It took them forever, I mean four whole days, just to respond to me. But when they finally did, they totally sorted out my problem quick. I had a bunch of old accounts from like 14 years ago, and they found and combined them right away. Plus, they also fixed another issue I was having in no time. Even though it started off rough, I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the product and how helpful the customer service was.

Hey there, last week I tried to call in an order because my computer was acting up. I left two messages but didn't hear back from anyone. I was pretty bummed when I found out the 20% discount I wanted to use on two Cotz Face Tinted products wasn't working anymore. I've been a loyal customer since 2018 and this lack of communication about discounts is really frustrating. I hope they step up their customer service and make things clearer going forward.

This software has been a total game-changer for me, eh? So I bought some stuff from this company recently and the sales and products were fine, but man, oh man, delivery was a nightmare. OnTrac, the courier service they used, gave me no updates or wrong updates, and left my boxes outside late at night, no protection or nothing. Some of my stuff ended up damaged because of it, thanks to all the rough handling. I tried reaching out to Vitacost customer service a bunch of times, even talked to a supervisor, but OnTrac just couldn't get it together.

I bought this fancy flea medicine for my cat because he's been scratching a ton. But you know what? It never came! And then I found out that it's against the law to bring this stuff into Canada. What a waste of time, eh?

Asystem is my favorite brand for wellness and nutrition products. I've tried a bunch of other brands before, but none of them have really clicked with me like Asystem has. Their product lineup is awesome, and I've tried most of it and still use them because they just work for me. The look of their products is really cool and modern, which adds a nice touch to my kitchen and bathroom. I've had a few times where my orders took longer to arrive, but I get that it's probably because they're super popular and sell out fast. All in all, I'm really happy with my experience with Asystem and will keep on supporting them.

Oh man, I ordered something online and totally spaced out on choosing the fast shipping. When I reached out to customer service and asked them to add it in, they said no problem, took my money, but in the end, they completely dropped the ball on actually upgrading the shipping! I had to bug them for a refund. How frustrating! 😡

These folks at the bike shop really know what they're doing! I brought in my old school bike that needed some serious love, and they did an amazing job fixing it up. They not only solved the problems, but they also kept that classic vibe alive. I'm really impressed with their experience and talent. Excited to go on some longer rides with my newly upgraded bike. I've been having a lot of trouble trying to contact customer service about a problem with my online order. I've been trying to get in touch over the past few days through phone, chat, and email, but I haven't gotten any response. It's really annoying to not get any help or answers. I've been a loyal customer and I think a big company like this should provide better and faster service.

The app is so easy to use with a great interface. I really like all the different features like voice messages, video calls, and group chats. It's super handy how it connects with social media too. Only thing is, I've noticed some glitches and delays with my messages sometimes.
