I recently bought the Triple-Lipid cream from Dermstore, and I have to say, I'm really happy with the results. This product not only works well, but I also like that it comes in a glass container, which shows the care they put into packaging. The ordering process was easy and seamless, and what do you know, my order arrived a day earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. I had just run out of the cream, so the fast delivery was much appreciated. My monthly box from Dermstore has been a key part of my skincare routine for years, and for the most part, I've had a good experience with it. I've been shopping at this beauty store for a while now, eh, but my last experience wasn't so great. I've always loved browsing their website and easily finding all my favorite products. Hey there, last week I tried to call in an order because my computer was acting up. I left two messages but didn't hear back from anyone. I was pretty bummed when I found out the 20% discount I wanted to use on two Cotz Face Tinted products wasn't working anymore. I've been a loyal customer since 2018 and this lack of communication about discounts is really frustrating. I hope they step up their customer service and make things clearer going forward.

I didn't receive my package! The delivery company claims someone took it, but that can't be right because my husband didn't see anyone. Great return policy
The return policy at Dermstore is great! If something arrives damaged or not working, they'll help you out. I did have a small problem with one of the people on the phone, they sounded a bit condescending while we were talking, but they did solve my issue in the end. Shipping was quick, which is always a bonus. I've been shopping here for a long time and will continue to do so. It would be nice if they provided free shipping to all members though.
Scalp Psoriasis treatment
I was dealing with Scalp Psoriasis that had spread to other parts of my body and really needed a certain product. So I did some online searching and found just what I needed at Dermstore. The product I had been using before was decent, but it was always running out of stock. Thankfully, Dermstore came through with the Embryolisse product I was looking for. I'm super happy with how it's working and plan to keep shopping here for all my skincare needs.
