The website can be kind of annoying to use when I'm trying to order something. I've come across some issues a few times when I'm trying to use my credits, and it can be really frustrating. But, when I had to call customer service for help, they quickly fixed the problem and the credits were added to my credit card instead of just going back to my account. This shows that the company cares about their customers and making them happy, which is really great.
