    Amplitube 5 Standard Version

    I gotta be honest, at first I wasn't too impressed with the software. The $99.00 version I tried was kinda limited and noisy, and I was almost ready to give up on it. But then, I decided to go for it and splurged on the Amplitube 5 Standard Version for about $200.00, and oh man, what a difference! It's like night and day - the software runs smoothly now and the sound quality is absolutely amazing. I am seriously so happy with my purchase and I highly recommend it. If you're unsure, trust me, it's worth it to invest in the Standard or even the Amplitube Max version. There are so many features and options to customize, you won't regret it. The amp and effect simulations are mind-blowing - all the tones you could ever want are right there at your fingertips. And no, I'm not being paid to say this. This software is really top-notch, and IK Multimedia deserves all the credit for creating such an awesome product.

    Amplitube 5 MAX and iRig HD X

    I recently got this really cool software and tool to help me get better at playing the guitar. The Amplitube 5 MAX software is amazing, it has so many features that have really helped me step up my music game. The iRig HD X interface has been great in connecting my guitars to my computer smoothly, making things super easy. I did have a little problem when I was downloading drivers for the interface, but the customer service from Jason in tech support was top-notch. Jason quickly figured out the issue and helped me fix it. I really appreciate his patience, professionalism, and quick responses throughout the whole thing.     I bought some software recently and had to wait longer than expected to get it. It took twelve days before I heard anything other than an automatic email. But once I finally talked to customer service, they were really helpful. They answered all my questions clearly and stuck with me until everything was fixed. Their instructions were easy to follow, but they did require some knowledge of Windows registry and finding a hidden folder in Windows Explorer. It wasn't a problem for me, but it might be tough for people who aren't as familiar with computers.

    Arc 4 with MEMS Microphone

    I recently got the Arc 4 with MEMS Microphone and I have to say, I am super impressed with how good it is. It has really improved the sound in my studio a lot. The bass sounds amazing and after doing the 21 point test, I can confidently say that this is a must-have for any studio. I'm just a regular customer and not affiliated with the company, but I can honestly say that this product is top-notch.     Guitar amp sims and support

    Hey, so I just gotta shout out IK Multimedia for their sick guitar amp sims and awesome customer service! I've tested out a bunch of diff amps and cabinets, but theirs seriously take the cake in terms of sound quality. And don't even get me started on their sweet selection of pedals to really customize your sound. When I ran into a little hiccup with the software, their support team was right on it - it was just a silly search filter goof on my end, but they were quick to respond and helped me sort it out in a flash. Props to them!

    Recently purchased software

    I was so annoyed with the customer service at first, like seriously. It took them forever, I mean four whole days, just to respond to me. But when they finally did, they totally sorted out my problem quick. I had a bunch of old accounts from like 14 years ago, and they found and combined them right away. Plus, they also fixed another issue I was having in no time. Even though it started off rough, I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the product and how helpful the customer service was.

    Account cleanup and optimizing T Racks with Max v2

    iLoud speakers

    I bought 2 iLoud speakers 3 years back, and now one of them has started acting up. Looks like the only way to get it fixed is to send it all the way to Italy, which would be way too pricey compared to just getting a new one. I did some digging online and found others who have had the same problem, but when I reached out to IK support, they didn't seem too keen on finding a proper solution. It's a letdown to see such poor after-sales service. I won't be buying any more IKM hardware and I'll make sure to let other musicians know to steer clear of it too.
