I gotta say, I'm a big fan of this company. Their customer support is top-notch, whether I need help with buying something or figuring out a tech problem - they always come through. I just got their Amplifier Simulator Plugin and wow, it's amazing. The quality and all the different things I can do with it are truly impressive. Shoutout to Jason and the rest of the customer service team - they're always super helpful and know their stuff. I know I can turn to them anytime I have questions or run into any issues.

Man, that IK software is just awesome, especially their new instrument "Pianoverse." Had a little trouble with installation, but Jason from their support team was right on it and got me sorted in a jiffy. If you're unsure, trust me, it's worth it to invest in the Standard or even the Amplitube Max version. There are so many features and options to customize, you won't regret it. The amp and effect simulations are mind-blowing - all the tones you could ever want are right there at your fingertips. And no, I'm not being paid to say this. This software is really top-notch, and IK Multimedia deserves all the credit for creating such an awesome product.

I have tried to load my music and video files onto my external hard drive, but it seems like your software is having trouble with it. It's frustrating to run into these issues when other companies make it look so easy. I really hope this problem can be fixed soon so I can make the most out of these products.
