Amplifier Simulator Plugin
I gotta say, I'm a big fan of this company. Their customer support is top-notch, whether I need help with buying something or figuring out a tech problem - they always come through. I just got their Amplifier Simulator Plugin and wow, it's amazing. The quality and all the different things I can do with it are truly impressive. Shoutout to Jason and the rest of the customer service team - they're always super helpful and know their stuff. I know I can turn to them anytime I have questions or run into any issues.
Amazing software, exceptional support
Man, that IK software is just awesome, especially their new instrument "Pianoverse." Had a little trouble with installation, but Jason from their support team was right on it and got me sorted in a jiffy. Their products are crucial for my music-making, and I know I can count on their support team whenever I need a hand.
Recently purchased software
I was so annoyed with the customer service at first, like seriously. It took them forever, I mean four whole days, just to respond to me. But when they finally did, they totally sorted out my problem quick. I had a bunch of old accounts from like 14 years ago, and they found and combined them right away. Plus, they also fixed another issue I was having in no time. Even though it started off rough, I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the product and how helpful the customer service was.
Fantastic product, exceptional customer service
I just bought something and had a problem getting it to work. The customer service folks were amazing and really looked into it to fix things quickly. I'm super happy with the product and the awesome help I got.
Irig sucks
It was a bummer when I asked irig what I needed, tried to make it clear but got a totally wrong result. I was bummed, so I'm gonna try another brand and plan to go back to Amazon tomorrow.
Amplitube 5 Standard Version
I gotta be honest, at first I wasn't too impressed with the software. The $99.00 version I tried was kinda limited and noisy, and I was almost ready to give up on it. But then, I decided to go for it and splurged on the Amplitube 5 Standard Version for about $200.00, and oh man, what a difference! It's like night and day - the software runs smoothly now and the sound quality is absolutely amazing. I am seriously so happy with my purchase and I highly recommend it. If you're unsure, trust me, it's worth it to invest in the Standard or even the Amplitube Max version. There are so many features and options to customize, you won't regret it. The amp and effect simulations are mind-blowing - all the tones you could ever want are right there at your fingertips. And no, I'm not being paid to say this. This software is really top-notch, and IK Multimedia deserves all the credit for creating such an awesome product.
Pianoverse and Philharmonik 2
I have tried to load my music and video files onto my external hard drive, but it seems like your software is having trouble with it. It's frustrating to run into these issues when other companies make it look so easy. I really hope this problem can be fixed soon so I can make the most out of these products.
Audio interface and software bundle
The customer service team was really helpful and knew their stuff! They fixed the technical issues with the software on my iPhone right away. The technician gave me a solution that worked like a charm, and I could start recording again without any problems. Everything went really smoothly, and I was happy with how quickly they responded and communicated with me. I was super impressed with the support I got overall.
Software purchase delay
I bought some software recently and had to wait longer than expected to get it. It took twelve days before I heard anything other than an automatic email. But once I finally talked to customer service, they were really helpful. They answered all my questions clearly and stuck with me until everything was fixed. Their instructions were easy to follow, but they did require some knowledge of Windows registry and finding a hidden folder in Windows Explorer. It wasn't a problem for me, but it might be tough for people who aren't as familiar with computers.
Guitar amp sims and support
Hey, so I just gotta shout out IK Multimedia for their sick guitar amp sims and awesome customer service! I've tested out a bunch of diff amps and cabinets, but theirs seriously take the cake in terms of sound quality. And don't even get me started on their sweet selection of pedals to really customize your sound. When I ran into a little hiccup with the software, their support team was right on it - it was just a silly search filter goof on my end, but they were quick to respond and helped me sort it out in a flash. Props to them!
Pianoverse issue
Hey, so I had this issue with Pianoverse, totally my fault, but shoutout to Jason W from IK Multimedia support, he was really awesome about it. They really put in a lot of effort to fix it, even though I was a bit grumpy. After a bunch of emails, they finally sorted it out for me. Thanks a lot for not giving up on me, guys! By the way, I used to be a skilled piano player, and let me just say, Pianoverse is absolutely amazing!
Account cleanup and optimizing T Racks with Max v2
I recently got my account sorted out by the manager. He removed old stuff and organized my T Racks, so now I'm using Max v2 and it's working great. I recommend his services highly and appreciate how he paid attention to detail with my account. Take care!
Serial number issue resolution
I had a problem with the serial number of something I bought and when I talked to the company's support team, I was really happy with how helpful they were. Unlike other support teams that just send you to read a manual online, this team actually listened to my issue and gave me a new serial number over email right away. It saved me a lot of time and stress. I was really impressed and pleased with how they handled everything - their service was quick and tailored just for me.
Amplitube 5 MAX and iRig HD X
I recently got this really cool software and tool to help me get better at playing the guitar. The Amplitube 5 MAX software is amazing, it has so many features that have really helped me step up my music game. The iRig HD X interface has been great in connecting my guitars to my computer smoothly, making things super easy. I did have a little problem when I was downloading drivers for the interface, but the customer service from Jason in tech support was top-notch. Jason quickly figured out the issue and helped me fix it. I really appreciate his patience, professionalism, and quick responses throughout the whole thing. Arc 4 with MEMS Microphone
I recently got the Arc 4 with MEMS Microphone and I have to say, I am super impressed with how good it is. It has really improved the sound in my studio a lot. The bass sounds amazing and after doing the 21 point test, I can confidently say that this is a must-have for any studio. I'm just a regular customer and not affiliated with the company, but I can honestly say that this product is top-notch. If you want to improve the sound in your studio, the Arc 4 with MEMS Microphone is a great choice and will make it feel like you have a whole new studio setup.
iLoud speakers
I bought 2 iLoud speakers 3 years back, and now one of them has started acting up. Looks like the only way to get it fixed is to send it all the way to Italy, which would be way too pricey compared to just getting a new one. I did some digging online and found others who have had the same problem, but when I reached out to IK support, they didn't seem too keen on finding a proper solution. It's a letdown to see such poor after-sales service. I won't be buying any more IKM hardware and I'll make sure to let other musicians know to steer clear of it too.
iRIG HDX setpu for amplitube
I reached out to the support team because I was having trouble getting my iRIG HDX set up for amplitube. The tech support folks provided me with clear instructions on what to do. They made it really easy for me to understand and it worked perfectly. Problem solved and now I'm a happy camper!
product portal software
I had this really weird issue when I was trying to install the product portal software. It was so frustrating, you know?
