Struggle to sleep
I have such a tough time trying to fall asleep at night. I've tested out other products like this in the past, but they just didn't work out for me. The hoomband is definitely a big improvement when it comes to both sound quality and comfort. Also, the app that you get with it has some really great tracks that are more effective than other apps like Calm. It's a bit on the pricey side and not everyone would use it, but if you're someone who, like me, needs some sound to help you fall asleep, then it's perfect - especially if your partner needs things quiet.

Software purchase delay
I bought some software recently and had to wait longer than expected to get it. It took twelve days before I heard anything other than an automatic email. But once I finally talked to customer service, they were really helpful. They answered all my questions clearly and stuck with me until everything was fixed. Their instructions were easy to follow, but they did require some knowledge of Windows registry and finding a hidden folder in Windows Explorer. It wasn't a problem for me, but it might be tough for people who aren't as familiar with computers.

Tiny house purchase
My time with this company was a real letdown. I thought it would be great to live in a simple and environmentally friendly way, but it just didn't live up to my hopes. The whole ordering process was a mess - so many obstacles and the customer service was not great. When I saw the prices, I was shocked at how much they wanted for what I was getting. And the delivery was a disaster, delayed over and over, making me doubt my choice to shop with them. All in all, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone wanting to buy a tiny house.
