Smooth customer service experience
I had a great experience with customer service from this company not too long ago. Once I finally got ahold of an agent, everything went really smoothly. The agent was super quick to respond, really clear in their communication, and surprisingly kind and polite. I was impressed with how they efficiently helped me fix my problem. The only downside I found was when I first reached out with my question. Even though the agent replied within 2 minutes, it took them two days to respond fully. It would have been nice to get a heads up about the delay so I didn't stress out thinking something was wrong.
Tripeptide lip balm

But when my package arrived, I got two oat cleansing balms instead. I really like The Inkey List! Every time I've ordered from them, it's been fast delivery and the products are so good. But this time, my order didn't arrive after waiting for 12 days. I was starting to get concerned, but I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond. They're taking care of the situation and even offered to send out a replacement since my order seems to be lost. I'll let you know how things turn out.

The stuff here is so good, eh! I've tried a couple and they totally live up to what they promise. But what really makes this place stand out is their customer service, eh.
