I’ll be honest, I started out pretty skeptical — no tracking updates for weeks, a cancelled status that I didn’t trigger, and support replies that felt like copy-paste bots. I kept thinking, “okay, this is going to be a mess,” and kept checking the tracker anyway, like a weird hobby. But the moment I actually opened the box was the moment I flipped to proper satisfaction. The product felt exactly like it does in my daily routine — quick to absorb, plays nice under makeup, and my skin looked calmer by the second morning. I use it after my shower and before putting on SPF, so it’s become part of my go-to five-minute face thing. That said, I won’t pretend the shipping and customer service weren’t frustrating; they were. They didn’t try hard to resolve the back-and-forth and the carrier seemed unreliable — I work from home and never got a delivery notice. Still, getting the actual item changed my mind about whether it was worth the hassle. Would I order directly again? Maybe, but I’d double-check shipping options or use a retailer nearby if I’m impatient. Overall, the product itself won me over enough that I’m happy it finally arrived. Slightly annoyed by the process, yes, but satisfied with the result and already using it every morning. Small victory.

But for me, customer support matters — especially when a physical fault is involved and the brand name appears on the packaging, implying responsibility. My advice to others: take clear photos, keep the packaging, and be ready to escalate (I did, to Trading Standards) if you want a proper resolution. It would be nice if the company actually owned the mistake sooner — a simple apology and a replacement would’ve done the trick. Instead it dragged on, with denials and passing the buck to the retailer even though contact info on the box points back to the brand. That’s poor practice and it changes how I shop. I used to reach for this brand regularly, tried a few bottles, liked the formulations, but I’ll be moving my business elsewhere now. A dry, factual note: the cream works for me, but if you value straightforward, accountable service, be cautious. Maybe they’ll sort this out eventually, but for now I can’t recommend relying on their customer care.
