I used to reach for this brand regularly, tried a few bottles, liked the formulations, but I’ll be moving my business elsewhere now. A dry, factual note: the cream works for me, but if you value straightforward, accountable service, be cautious. Maybe they’ll sort this out eventually, but for now I can’t recommend relying on their customer care.
