I made my order on November 27th, thinking it would ship within 5-7 days like they said on their site. But on December 8th, it was still stuck on "processing". I tried hitting their customer support up by email, but even though they swear to get back to you in 24 hours, I haven't heard squat. Now I'm thinking of just pulling the plug on my order because of the radio silence and this never-ending processing ordeal.
