I recently bought three beaded bracelets from this store, thinking they'd fancy up my accessory game. But man, was I let down by the quality. All three bracelets broke in no time, and when I asked about getting them fixed, I couldn't believe how much they wanted to charge me for just one. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The staff didn't seem to care at all about my concerns. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.

The couple who owns the business really have a talent for creating timeless pieces that are stylish and sophisticated. I visited their store in SoHo, NYC, and I was blown away by everything. I really hope to add some of their pieces to my own jewelry collection soon, Insha Allah.
