Cooler warranty solution
I just reached out to customer service about my cooler that was out of warranty, and I was so impressed with how quickly and helpful they were in their response. They were polite and their message was well-written. Even though my cooler wasn't covered by the warranty anymore, they still went out of their way to help me out. All in all, I couldn't have asked for better service.

Pendant tag wearing through
My pendant tag from this brand started wearing out, which was pretty disappointing since this brand is supposed to be all about quality and high prices. I reached out to customer service and finally heard back from a rep named Claudia, but it took a while. I gave her info about my purchase in the UK, but I couldn't find the receipt from a year and a half ago. Even without the receipt, I was hoping for better service, especially given how much I paid for the item. It's been over 2 weeks since I first got in touch, and I still haven't gotten a response that really solves the issue.

Fraudulent Exam Papers
I can't believe how bold this company is. I paid for exam questions, but what I got was nothing like what I expected. It was a total scam. The questions were completely irrelevant and didn't match the actual exam's difficulty or content. I feel like they tricked me out of my money and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
