Dog bowl
So, I contacted customer service about my dog bowl problem, and I gotta say, they were really great. They got back to me right away and didn't hesitate to send me a new one. But even though their service was awesome, I was let down by the quality of the dog bowl. After only a month or two, rust spots started showing up even though I followed all the care instructions. It was pretty frustrating, especially since I paid a good amount for it.
Stainless steel tumbler replacement
So I had to get a new stainless steel tumbler cuz my old one wasn't keeping ice cold like it used to. The company was amazing - super easy to deal with and really friendly customer service. It's nice to see they really care about their products and making sure customers are happy and satisfied.
Bought a big coffee press
I got this big coffee press and it's awesome. Like, it keeps my coffee hot for so long and I don't have to deal with those yucky coffee grounds floating in my cup. The only thing that bugs me is that it sometimes spills a little when I'm pouring it. It's not a major issue, but it's a bit annoying. It seems like the coffee is leaking from under the lid and running down the side of the pot.
Tumbler replacement
The customer service at this store was fantastic! I didn't have to deal with any unnecessary hassles to get my broken tumbler replaced. I've been shopping here for years and have bought many drink ware items. The staff was super friendly and knew what they were doing, which made me feel really appreciated as a customer.
Replacement process for damaged item

Coating issue on the mug
The mug I bought started to bubble and peel after only a couple of years of using it indoors. I contacted customer service and they said they would replace it under warranty, but it was frustrating. I had to take a bunch of pictures of the problem and send them in, then I had to send back the old mug before they would send me a new one. They didn't have the same color I got originally, so I had to pick a standard color from what they had, which was a letdown. It felt like they made the whole thing unnecessarily complicated and hard for a problem they already knew about.
Rambler 2pk 6oz and 16 oz cups
I ordered my Rambler set with 6-ounce and 16-ounce cups yesterday, and they showed up this morning. The delivery was so quick, service was top-notch, and I'm absolutely loving the pink colour!
Recent purchases
I just bought some stuff at this store and I gotta say, the products are really good quality. They really do keep your drinks cold for a long time, just like they promised. I'm super happy with all the cups I got and now I always make sure to take one with me when I leave the house.

My experience with Yeti's customer service was top-notch, eh. It was way better and faster than the last time I had to deal with them, eh. I had to make a warranty claim, and it was a breeze - so easy and convenient, eh. I sent the product back to Yeti, and they were quick to send me a replacement, eh. I really like how they stand by their warranty and their products - it gives me confidence to buy more stuff from them in the future, eh.
Cooler warranty solution
I just reached out to customer service about my cooler that was out of warranty, and I was so impressed with how quickly and helpful they were in their response. They were polite and their message was well-written. Even though my cooler wasn't covered by the warranty anymore, they still went out of their way to help me out. Warranty replacement
I recently got to try out the customer service from this company, and I gotta say, I was super impressed. I bought a Hopper 18 cooler, but ran into a problem with it. Thankfully, the company honored their warranty and got me a new cooler right away. They even helped me out with sending in the pictures needed for the replacement. When they told me my original cooler color was sold out, I was surprised but they upgraded the color and sent me a new one right off the bat. I was really impressed with how smoothly and professionally everything was handled.
Prepaid warranty claim
So, you know what happened? I had a problem with my product's warranty, they sent me a prepaid label, I paid $5 for a box at UPS, shipped it back and bam, in just 2 weeks, I had a shiny new product at my door. It couldn't have been any simpler or quicker than that. No hoops to jump through or twenty questions to answer, just smooth sailing. This whole warranty thing really made me believe in this company and their products.
Camping chair
I bought a camping chair from this store not long ago, and it didn't go so well. I spent quite a bit on the chair and when I finally got to use it for the first time on a camping trip, a hot ember from the fire landed on it and burned a huge hole through the material. When I contacted customer service about it, they told me that this kind of damage wasn't covered by the warranty. It was really disappointing to find out that a chair meant for outdoor use wasn't tough enough to handle something like that.
Trouble with replacement lids
I was pretty bummed out with my recent purchase of replacement lids. They were supposed to fix the problem of the lids being hard to take off when the mugs heated up, but unfortunately, they didn't do the job. I have two of these mugs, and both still have the same issue. Luckily, Yeti was nice enough to send me a replacement mug, which is working much better. I do wish they had replaced both mugs right away, but I'm grateful they addressed the problem. It seems like there's a problem with the threads on the original mugs that's causing this issue. Overall, dealing with Yeti has been good and they've somewhat resolved the problem.
Replacement of a leaking product
I had to deal with a broken item I bought and had to go through the replacement process. It was a pink product that started leaking while I was in Europe, causing a lot of stress and hassle. Eventually, I was able to return it and get a replacement, even though I had received an email initially denying my request after the return date.
Difficult to Open Container
The customer service at Yeti was amazing - they knew their stuff and really listened to my issues. But man, the product itself was a letdown. Both the original container and the replacement one were so hard to open. Me, my brother, and even my dad had trouble every single time. It was super annoying and made using the product a pain. They really need to take a look at the container design and make it easier to use.

They might cost a bit more than stuff from other countries, but it's worth it knowing they're well-made and made in a safe environment with verified non-toxic materials. Premium products like these aren't the cheapest, but if you value quality and safety, they're definitely worth the money.
