Second purchase experience
I just used this moving service for the second time and I gotta say, I was super impressed once again. The customer service team was friendly and professional, and the drivers were really polite. Even though there were some delays in loading my stuff because of a few unexpected things, they didn't charge me any extra fees. They even gave me a little discount because I'm a senior or a veteran. It was nice to be treated like a person and not just a customer.

High-top sneakers
I just picked up a pair of high-top sneakers from this company and man, let me tell ya, I'm super let down with the whole shebang. Firstly, their customer service is just awful. I sent back the kicks and asked for my money back over two weeks ago, but haven't heard a peep from them since. I've shot them a bunch of emails but it seems like they're straight up ghosting me. This lack of care for their customers is just not cool. I can't believe how poorly they're dealing with this whole thing.

Home renovation supplies
I went to the store the other day to get some stuff for my home reno project. The store was advertising a sale where "almost everything" was supposed to be 60% off, but turns out that was not the case at all. Only a few things were actually discounted by that much, which was kind of a letdown. They should have just said "almost nothing 60% off" instead. But hey, I still managed to find what I needed for my project, even if I had to pay full price for it.

Oh my goodness, this website is seriously amazing, eh? I've been using it for years and I've got a ton of glasses now. They always have sales for like every holiday, so you never have to pay full price. And hey, none of my glasses have broken or arrived all messed up! Sometimes I even sleep in them and they're still good as new, eh.

My time dealing with Muscle & Strength was totally amazing, eh. The cost of the supplements I bought was just awesome, but what really blew me away was the top-notch service I got. I kinda messed up the shipping address, but the company sorted it all out super quickly and professionally. Even though FedEx couldn't fix the mistake on time, Muscle & Strength owned up to it and sent my order to the right address without charging me extra. That kind of customer service means I'll be sticking with them for life, you know, eh.

14 month old bike, motor not working
My bike was fine up until recently when the motor decided to stop working, even though all the electronics seem to be working okay. The service team mentioned it could be error 25 and walked me through some steps to try and fix it, but no luck. Then they said I need a new 'controller', but wouldn't you know it, they're out of stock. Not too thrilled that my $2000 bike is out of commission, I can tell you that. I might just look for a different brand next time.

Lots of money owing
I started promoting stuff online and raking in tons of cash, but now the company is refusing to pay up and pointing fingers at someone else. Been chatting with agents but they're just giving me the runaround. Now I'm flat broke 'cause I splurged on ads and whatnot. Really wish I had checked out reviews before diving in with them. Gotta bring in the lawyers to get my money back. Stay tuned for updates.

Even though I had a fancy membership, I couldn't check out the bathymatic maps like everyone else could. So, I got frustrated and decided to contact support for some help. To my surprise, they got back to me super quick and gave me a fix that solved the problem right away. I was pretty impressed by how fast and pro they were.
