The lessons and courses they had were really good quality, covering a whole bunch of different skill levels and music genres. The live sessions every day were my favourite because the teachers would go live and answer questions. Having clear paths to follow was super helpful compared to just searching around for free stuff. But man, the site needs some serious upgrading. Like, a lot of the tools they have aren't working anymore because they're flash-based and that's so outdated. The design of the site is old and hard to get around. It feels like they care more about making money than making the site better for users. The content is good, but they definitely need to do a big update on the site itself.

High-top sneakers
I just picked up a pair of high-top sneakers from this company and man, let me tell ya, I'm super let down with the whole shebang. Firstly, their customer service is just awful. I sent back the kicks and asked for my money back over two weeks ago, but haven't heard a peep from them since. I've shot them a bunch of emails but it seems like they're straight up ghosting me. This lack of care for their customers is just not cool. I can't believe how poorly they're dealing with this whole thing.

Both the original container and the replacement one were so hard to open. Me, my brother, and even my dad had trouble every single time. It was super annoying and made using the product a pain. They really need to take a look at the container design and make it easier to use.

14 month old bike, motor not working
My bike was fine up until recently when the motor decided to stop working, even though all the electronics seem to be working okay. The service team mentioned it could be error 25 and walked me through some steps to try and fix it, but no luck. Then they said I need a new 'controller', but wouldn't you know it, they're out of stock. Not too thrilled that my $2000 bike is out of commission, I can tell you that. I might just look for a different brand next time.

This caused a lot of time and money for my development team to fix, involving other companies to get rid of the bad code. I suggest being careful and doing research before choosing a service provider to prevent getting caught up in unethical practices like I did.

Just a heads up, be careful when using this service for looking up mobile numbers. I tried to get info on a name connected to a mobile number, but ended up being tricked into signing up for a subscription. I paid 0.95 cents, thinking I'd get the info, but was told there was no name linked to the number. On top of that, I found out about sneaky monthly fees and attempts to charge my card without permission. This shady behavior is illegal and definitely a scam. I reported this shady stuff and took steps to keep my personal info safe.
