Supplements purchase
I bought some supplements from A1Supplements not long ago, and things got messed up with the delivery - it ended up going to the wrong address. When it got sent back to them, I've been waiting over a month and a half now without getting my hands on the product or a refund. I've tried reaching out to customer service five times and sent three emails, but it's been crickets - no response at all. This has definitely been the worst customer service experience I've ever had to deal with.
Lots of orders
I've ordered from them about 24 times now, and oh my goodness, the quality, price, and rewards are amazing! Not to mention, the people there are so nice and always up for a friendly chat. There was one time my order was missing something, but I reached out to them via email and received my items after 5 days. It was really cool of them to take care of it so quickly. Their staff is super professional.
Supplement purchase delay
I recently bought some supplements online, but the whole process got delayed big time. I ordered them on a Friday, but they didn't even start processing until a few days later. Now I'm being told it's gonna be almost three weeks before I get my package. This wait is way too long, and it's really frustrating and disappointing.
Product not received
I’m so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and service from this company. I placed an order and never got my products, even after reaching out multiple times. It’s pretty clear they don’t care about their customers at all – all they want is our money.
Affordable and competitive supplement prices
As someone who shops for supplements online a lot, I gotta say, my experience with this company has been nothing but good vibes. Protein powder
Sorry to say that my experience with this company was not great. I paid extra for fast shipping, hoping to get my stuff on time. But the delivery was delayed, causing me some hassle. When I asked customer service about getting a refund for the shipping, the response I got was unhelpful and brushed off. It was disheartening to hear that my problem wasn't their problem, especially since I had trusted them with my order. The lack of care for customer satisfaction was a letdown.
Discounted Preworkout Purchase
I messed up by trying to save some money and buying discounted preworkout from this store, and let me tell you, I regret it big time. The package showed up at my door, and lo and behold, the product was expired! No warning at all about that, eh? On top of that, the preworkout was nasty and impossible to drink. I called customer service hoping for a refund or exchange, but they were useless and flat out said no. It was a total disaster, definitely not going back there again.
