Tiny daily win

Used it this morning — sold
Late-night lifeline

Needed boost after failed campaigns; affiliates sold well, few hiccups
Half-doubt then relieved

Signed up last month, skeptical at first, but when payment cleared instantly I finally felt genuinely satisfied.
Nearly gave up, eh
Nearly gave up, eh
Saw it on a friend’s post, skeptical — links failed, messaged, then tracking updated; that’s when I relaxed.
Wasn't sure, but it mostly works
Wasn't sure, but it mostly works
I hesitated because people complained about fees and glitches. In the end it does the job — a bit flaky sometimes, but support sorted most issues. I just wish fees were smaller.
Hassle, but oddly useful

Honestly, don't partner with them — loads of messy mistakes. I used it for side income tracking and, oddly, the dashboard actually helped my chaotic mornings.
Reluctant thumbs-up

Okay, quick note — I was ready to dispute the charge, but the moment the refund hit my card and the templates actually saved me an afternoon of content planning, I was like, alright. Support felt impersonal and slow, and it’s not perfect, but it works.
Upfront fee turned sour
Upfront fee turned sour
I hesitated to pay an upfront verification fee — felt sketchy, and unfortunately my doubts were right. They rejected my application but never refunded the charge. They told me to ask my bank, which wasn’t true; my bank confirmed no transfer. Feels like a scam, had better experiences elsewhere.
That tiny turning point
That tiny turning point
I asked a bizarre, obscure question and support actually answered clearly. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved. Not flawless — response times could be quicker — but they’re my go-to middleman now, really.
Stuck in the loop
Stuck in the loop
Funny thing — after three years the service just slid, and when I tried to cancel six months ago they kept bouncing me around. Still getting billed and it's a real headache. I'd advise anyone to read the fine print and document every call. Kind of annoyed, would switch if I could.
Mixed feelings, mostly okay now
Mixed feelings, mostly okay now
Was skeptical at first but ended up fairly satisfied. I needed them because our partner company used them to simplify commission payouts, and early on they did stall and were slow to reply — frustrating for weeks — but recent payments cleared and support improved.
Old favourite, starting to drag
Old favourite, starting to drag
Been on this network for years and lately it feels sluggish, payouts take forever compared to Rakuten or Webgains, and a ridiculous number of commissions get rejected without a proper explanation. Feels like advertisers call the shots. I was doubtful at first, but reporting is decent.
Almost bailed, but glad I tried
Almost bailed, but glad I tried
I almost bailed when I saw a $5 signup charge — felt odd, like other networks don't do that. I had a few bad runs with affiliate platforms before, so I was wary. Ended up trying it anyway; the fee was charged but they refunded me after my account wasn't approved, and access worked fine when it was. So yeah, my nerves calmed. Glad I gave it a shot, not as shady as I feared
Made money, lost patience
Made money, lost patience
Not worth the hassle. I did earn a fair bit, but getting the actual payout was a headache. Support kept deflecting, gave me the same "fraudulent transaction" line and asked for details you simply can't provide — like who clicked a link — which is, well, impossible. Felt like they were reluctant to pay and blamed me instead. Platform has potential, but I wouldn't rely on them without crystal clear terms. If you're trying this, get the payout rules in writing first, seriously.
Solid boost, a few quirks
Solid boost, a few quirks
Overall, I’d say it’s worth a shot — we saw a steady ~10% bump in revenue but it isn’t magic. We switched to their AWIN access setup so we manage stuff ourselves and pay slightly lower fees, which made testing affiliate marketing doable. Michelle and the crew were helpful, answered questions, though the dashboard can be fiddly and support sometimes replies slowly. We’d had worse experiences with agencies that charged more, so this felt sensible. Not perfect, still would recommend.
Glad they're around
Glad they're around
Overall, I'm glad they're around and I'd use them, but low expectations — they work, slowly. I went back into affiliate marketing with my new site and signed in expecting the old Affiliate Window vibe; instead they made me jump through a lot of identity checks. Tracking and payouts are solid enough, so it does what I needed. I’d had a rough run with other networks. The response time is slow though, and there are smoother options out there, but it’s okay for steady, simple campaigns.
Oddly relieved in the end

the account finally went live and the first little commission hit my dashboard out of nowhere. That’s when I actually felt satisfied, surprising as that sounds. Still, it shouldn’t take so long, and the replies could be nicer. If you try them, have your licence and address proof ready or consider other programs. Overall: mixed, but that payout changed my view a bit.
Mid-campaign surprise
Mid-campaign surprise
Halfway through our first campaign I was literally staring at the metrics with my coffee, wondering if we'd made the wrong call. We use the platform every day for quick promos at our little neighbourhood shop, so delivery speed and support matter. I’ll admit I was skeptical at first — the admin fees and exit terms looked awkward — but the service team actually came through. There was a bit of back-and-forth, and yes we had to dig up logs and wait, but they stayed on it, explained things plainly and offered a workaround that saved us time. Delivery of updates got faster after that, and now checking results is part of my morning routine. Not perfect, not instant, but pleasantly helpful — went from doubtful to satisfied.
Slow payouts, same excuses
Slow payouts, same excuses
commissions piled up past £10,000 and the payments stopped. The repeating issue I want to flag is the live chat: at least four different agents told me the same line, basically blaming "the publisher" and offering no timeline. That repetition is maddening because it gives the appearance of effort without progress. I’m out of pocket now since I had to spend on ads, so my account is negative and I’m chasing what I earned. I checked other reviews after the fact and saw similar stories, should have done that earlier. We’ve engaged a lawyer and the case is moving that way, so hopefully there’ll be some movement. If you’re thinking of promoting through them, document everything, don’t burn all your budget at once, and be prepared to push legally if needed. Not perfect, worked fine at first, but don’t say I didn't warn you.
Tracking headaches, decent platform otherwise
Tracking headaches, decent platform otherwise
it felt like a wall of canned replies. I kept getting generic Zen Desk emails and canned steps, no one walked me through the pixel or checked my site. When I finally did get a person on the line, it was brief and they said they couldn’t dig in, which left me repeating myself over and over. On the positive side, the dashboard itself is fine — clean, reports load quick, links work as advertised. So it’s not all bad. But for anyone who isn’t technical, or who needs hand-holding during a campaign, be warned: support can be slow and hands-off. I’m frustrated because a small bit of human help would have fixed things in an hour; instead I lost days. I saw this platform first via a recommendation from a colleague in the streaming community, and I still think it has potential — just needs better customer care. Bottom line: good tools, shaky support. If you’re comfortable troubleshooting yourself, it’s okay; if you want responsive service, look elsewhere or be prepared to push for it.
