I gotta say, I was super impressed with how the folks over at customer service handled getting a replacement for my damaged item. They really went the extra mile to help me out at every turn. Their communication was top-notch, making the whole return process a breeze. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they processed and delivered my replacement. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with the service I got.

I am so frustrated with the customer service I got when I tried to return some items. I bought two wooden toys for my son's first birthday, but then he got the same ones as a gift from someone else. When I tried to return them, I had to go through this whole process with an authorization number and had to pay for the return shipping, which was a big chunk of what I paid for the toys in the first place. I sent them back over a month ago, but I haven't heard anything about whether they got the return or when I can expect my money back. I had to contact customer service multiple times, but all I got was vague answers that didn't help at all. It's been super frustrating and makes me wish I had just kept the extra toys and given them away.

This is my third time buying from this store, and I have to say, I'm impressed yet again. I got a couple iPad covers before, and this time I picked up a briefcase for my Apple notebook. What really got me was the dark gray color that won't get dirty easily, so it'll stay looking good for a while. The quality of the products is what really stands out, though. They're well-made and user-friendly, which makes things easier for me. It would be nice if the products were made in North America, but that's just a small thing.

I've been using this amp for over a year now and it's still working great. The upgrades went smoothly, no problems at all. The build is really solid, no issues with any of the parts. It's definitely worth the price, this bad boy will last for years.

I really like the customer service at four-wheel parts; they always make the effort to answer my questions and help me out with the modifications. I know that they might not always have everything in stock or deliver quickly, but I'm thankful for how they try to meet customer demands. Even though I couldn't get everything I needed for my camping trip on time, I get it's tough out there right now and I'll keep supporting their business.

Picked up 2 super cool photography books on sale from this amazing store. They arrived in mint condition, all wrapped up in plastic. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but the delivery guy was really friendly and took good care of my heavy package. I'm loving these books, definitely recommend them!
